home insurance tried to make a claim which is online and very difficult when you are older.
had to keep logging in and was asked for information 3 times
to send photo

to send bank statements
this i did over some time
then i was asked for a list of items and price
when i tried i could not send the information as it did not recognize my claim number
you cannot reply to emails
it took me ages to find a phone number
after getting to customer service i was put through to someone else who i am spending time waiting for answer

Easy Process / Competitive price…
The process was easy via your website compared to others that I had looked at. I had been with another A rated insurer for many years buying their Gold policy however this year they doubled the cost of the policy. Your Silver policy was almost as good and competitive and this coupled with your rating for paying claims made the decision to switch easy.

My premium renewal reflected an increase of 12% from last year. When queried this was reduced by just over 12% to slightly less than I paid the previous year without any reduction in cover. Ensure you question the initial quote
