The cover was much better and more easily understood than the Nationwide B.S. (thru Aviva) renewal and the premium for much better cover was not a lot more than the inadequate Nationwide offer.

Unfair treatment of existing customers
As a long standing customer of Lloyds the renewal quote for house insurance was a massive increase on previous year. However online purchase was considerably cheaper. Why can't these rates be offered to existing customers - very unfair treatment
