Very pleasant experience and a credit to the company. The call operator called Joe was super friendly and very efficient and understanding. Dealt with everything I required .

Going the extra mile!

There was a hiccup with getting the prescription from the hospital which left Lloyds clinical with very little time to get the medication to us. But they went the extra mile and actually got it to us a day early. Joe on the helpline was very efficient friendly and helpful.

Lady was so helpful

Service with professionalism and kindness at the forefront

The lady I spoke with was very kind and was happy to answer any of my concerns. She was very detailed regarding times scales and what to expect in terms of contact for my treatment. All in all i was really happy with how professional and thourogh the call handler was.

Appointment timing.

I have recently been having problems with my phone and was concerned that I wouldn't get a time slot for my injection, due tomorrow. I spoke to a charming and very helpful young man called Joe. He checked with a colleague and put my mind at rest. Many thanks Joe for your help. Thanks also to his colleague Josh who also helped.
