I spoke to a gentleman named Joe, he was most helpful and very polite, easy to talk to, and sorted everything i needed sorting, he was clear about everything and very nice to chat with, couldn't of ask for any more, 🙂👌👍

For the 3/4 th time my 12 week injection was not delivered. It is now almost 6 months since my last injection and I have gone backwards big time with my skin.
Jumbled, mixed messages, one says ring at 5 whilst the gentleman at 5 asked why was I told to ring back??
They do not inspire confidence in me sadly.

I do have to say i’ve had some bad experiences with lloyds clinical but today I was amazed by the help I was given by JOE, he managed to sort a next day delivery even after the cut off point and kept in touch which helped to ease my worries. I hope my next interaction with lloyds clinical staff is as amazing as this was.

The whole experience from organising delivery to training and administering was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. Special shout out to Coral who provided training so I can administer my own meds. She was lovely and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease.

He listened carefully, understood the issue immediately, and dealt with it efficiently. It's always reassuring to speak with someone who knows what they're doing and can resolve things without any confusion. I'm very happy with the service I received and really appreciate Joe's help.

I spoke to Joe today to arrange a delivery of my medication and he couldn’t be more helpful. He squeezed me in for a Friday delivery because I was very low on my medication. What I had left he was polite. I’ve never had a problem with Loyds MEDS, I’d recommend them to anyone. They’re marvellous.

Used them before my meds changed. Always on time with my meds so I never ran out. Just had a call and gone through the process again and it was quick and simple. Have to verify a couple of things and away I go. I’m now back to using home delivery. Definitely a 5* service
