I bought my my 85 GT convertible in Dec 2016. In the Summer of 2017 I decided to have it restored. It took 6 months. The only Mechanical parts that needed dealing with were the quarter windows. It was about a 600 add for the kits to do them which included basically everything but the glass and frames. Doing them is very time consuming so I left it to the pros. I got the car back just before Christmas. In the 3 years I have had it back I have put less than 7K on it. I would estimate that those windows have gone up and down maybe 25 times as the only time I operated them was when I put the top down. I was quite disappointed when I had issue with them again Recently and had to have them completely rebuilt again. Now I don't expect things to last as long as the originals (27 years) However I would expect get more use out of them than going up and down 25 times. It puts a significant doubt in the back of my mind about buying Mechanical parts from LMR. They did replace one motor at no cost, however I still had to spend just under $170 for the other motor and Brackets plus $300 to install. My hope is that they will be a little more selective about where the acquire their parts.

I purchased the SVE lowering springs for my 1989 Mustang GT. I bought the front installation tool which I highly recommend. It keeps the spring in place while I was jacking up the lower control arm. The rear springs were so easy to install that I almost had to relook at everything to make sure that I did everything. It was that easy. The passenger rear did not have any isolators at all. Drove it and immediately felt the difference. New struts and rear shocks needed before I purchase new tires and get an alignment. Great product LMR!!

I ordered a front and rear cobra conversion brake kit for my 1998 mustang gt.I haven’t installed it yet but I’m very happy with the delivery and especially the customer service department from the ground workers up to the manager. There was a desrepancy with the rear brake kit which they caught before It was sent out. The supervisor and manager contacted me about it. No one is perfect mistakes happens. Communication is a big ingredient in problem solving and that’s why I will be using LMR again,and I highly recommend them

Sure, anyone can waste a lot of their precious time, price-shopping for certain items, BUT it's hard to find LOYALTY... I've proven it time and time again, you can't even BUY it, seems like most companies just don't care anymore. LMR... well, I'd welcome their employees into my home before some of my family members. :-)

Late model restoration is the worst company I've ever dealt with in the 53 years of my life may lie to get your money don't ship stuff out on time if you want to get a good product and delivery on time go through Jegs American muscle or Summit I would not recommend anybody to use latemodelrestoration.............

I had an absolute stellar experience with all my interactions with LMR. In fact, I ordered a part over three years ago that I had some questions about. A simple call to customer service (mind you three years after initial purchase) and the customer support was outstanding. I immediately had my question and issue resolved and received several follow up calls and emails in response. LMR goes above and beyond!

Been buying from lmr for years! They have the best customer service, prices, and tech advise as well! They have great install videos for everything which makes any job so much easier no matter your skill level. It definitely makes building your car and making it your own more fun and that’s why we all do this for the love of hot rodding! I’ll be a customer for as long as I can turn my wrenches!

Average experience with the purchase and shipping took a little longer than expected. I would purchase again but might pay for faster shipping.

I guess that delivery was fast enough, however one of the wheels arrived damaged.

I had an issue with a part and e-mailed customer service about it thinking about how much hassle it would be, but it was the exact opposite. I have never had such a pleasant experience, and I didnt even tLk to anyone. It was all e-mail. Ordering parts from other Mustang sites have been ok, but the great customer service I got from Karson will definitely have me coming back!
