I purchased rear 1/4 glass louvers for my 17 year old grandsons 2016 Mustang. The description advertised MATT finish. Christmas morning imagine my surprise when he tore into the box to see gloss finished louvers.
Of course I replaced them with a competitors product and started the return process. I found this process not only time consuming, but also sad as I would be charged for the interior box (10%) since it was destroyed while unwrapping.
I will NEVER use LMR again and have told three others about the negative experience I had. They have ordered their parts elsewhere.
I thought it bad enough the shipped parts did not match the add, but all the actions after that compounded the problem.
If you have any other questions please email them to me and I'll be more then happy to answer them. As far as I'm concerned, LMR is probably the poorest company I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
RMA#45777. Since my original post, I was recently contacted by Jeff Jeminez with LMR. As he reached out to me we discussed the errors the company had made. My entire purchase price was refunded and he also included a couple of trinkets. While this does not diminish the disappointment of Christmas day, it did go a long way in restoring my faith in this company. Weather I use LMR again remains to be seen, but I do want to thank Jeff for his efforts.

When i ordered the parts i needed, there were two backordered. I cancelled one completely but kept the other. I got another notice telling me the part had come in and would be shipped. i haven't recieved it yet. the original order #PU59609. The second Order #PU43114 is the one i recieved in the notice and it would be shipped.

You guys are ok. I honestly had a better experience with American Muscle.

Easy to use website got frieght shipped item had it in 4 days! Unlike am which took 2 weeks. Always had good experiences with lmr

shipping is fast and free no problems with getting the right product, they have only OEM or high quality aftermarket parts the website is easy to use and everything is at a fair price I am very happy with LMR

I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer support I received when I called LMR about a billing questions I had. The representative acted annoyed with me calling and quickly dismissed my concerns has if they weren't a big deal. One part I ordered said it was out of stock what would ship in 1 to 2 weeks but really shipped in 3, I wouldn't have minded as much if I hadn't had a pour experience with the LMR rep. Unfortunately this was the first and last time I purchase from LMR. I intend to only buy from American Muscle and CJ Pony Parts.

Ordered the staggered Gloss Black SVE R350 Wheel & Tire Kit for my white 2008 Mustang GT. Came with sweet Nitto NT555 G2 tires. Also ordered the TPMS Sensor kit and LMR installed the TPMS and mounted and balanced the wheels/tires and they arrived in W. PA in like 3-4 days. They were very well packaged and are perfect in every way. LMR is awesome!!

The parts you do have are a good value when you add in the discounts the problem I have is your back ordered parts I'm still waiting on my beltech drop spindle the upgraded light packages and you can't even state when they maybe available for my 2000 ford lightining.
