Neat Neck
I ordered a custom printed snood/neck warmer just before Christmas with a view to placing a bulk order for a motorcycle club. The proof for my design was produced and sent to me very quickly. Unfortunately, the Post office managed to deliver the item to the wrong address. LPP promised to investigate very quickly. The original package then arrived. The snood/neck warmer was exactly as illustrated in the proof image. I have placed a bulk order and have to say that LPP Customer Service has been excellent.

Lied about lead time. Didnt print the colour i actually wanted. and the quality is meh. Temu has the same quality for a 10th of the price. this is what i get for supporting local. HA

Hi Jeek! Sorry you feel that we lied about the lead time normally 14 working days is enough however in November our printing machine did break. Despite getting a new one and trying to email as many customers as we could to notify them it looks like you might’ve been missed out of the loop for which we sincerely apologise.
Regarding the colour, printed colour doesn’t directly translate to light projected RGB from screens as it can give off different vibrancy. So we always try as best as we can to match it to the real world version but only so many things are within the realms of possibility. This is why we try to get people who are buying big orders to grab a sample first and this way we can listen to their feedback and provide a revised sample for the bigger order.
Temu is indeed dirt cheap and with that comes its own host of other issues that are hidden out of the consumers eye.
We try and be as transparent as we can where possible but we do recognise that mistakes happen too.
So if you’d like to give us another chance we’ll do a redo of your colour revised print and give you a further discount off your next order if you were going to place a follow up.
Thank you anyway for leaving a review as it’s always a chance for us to learn and better our internal processes to deal with things like this in the future.
