The car rental was excellent. We drove from Catania Airport to the Bari district and used the vehicle for 12 days. It was reliable, comfortable, and performed perfectly throughout our trip. We had no issues at all, and it made travelling around Italy easy and enjoyable. I would happily rent from this company again and highly recommend them.

Best car rental company
It’s very easy to work with Locauto. This was my third rental with them, after Catania and Naples, and now Bari. They have an excellent fleet of cars, and we’ve even received complimentary upgrades. We booked a VW Polo but were upgraded to an Audi A3 S line instead. Overall, it has been a great experience every time.

No line of communication when needed.
The car was good. However there was an incident that occured. And when I tried to call the call-center. Nobody answered. Being in a foreign country and not knowing the procedures I was left totally alone by the company. This is unacceptable. I could not reach a single person through the phone line the company (Locauto) provided in the rental agreement. I had to get the Hotel owner to help me with the procedures. This was highli unprofessional and it could also be damaging to the company for future bookings.

Easy pick up and drop off. Friendly staff who encouraged us to take photos of the car before leaving so that we had a record of the car’s condition, which was good.

Perfect experience, fast and professional
There was almost no waiting time at the airport. i could get my paper done in about 10mn and lady I talked to was very nice. Then I went to grab by car ans again it was very fast, I just signed the receipt and got the car I booked, fully conform. When giving back the car, it was as fast as for pick-up, a quick check of the car and that's it. SUch a great experience

Reliable and helpful car rental company
Everything at the car rental place was well-organized and went quickly. The only downside is that they open at 8 a.m., so a pretty long line forms in front of the store, which means you sometimes have to wait up to an hour.
The car was in perfect condition, clean, and matched the category of the car I had reserved.
