Easy proces, friendly and helpfull staf and good car!
Really friendly man that helped us when another car rental refused to change the main driver (my boyfriend lost his wallet so we wanted me to be the main driver)
Also really easy en friendly help when we brought the car back. I would recommend them!

Having made a mistake on my application, which I tried to correct without success with EasyJet. When collecting the car that mistake was very quickly altered by your very helpful customer advisor to my complete satisfaction. When making the same journey next year I will come direct to LOCAUTO and avoid dealing with EasyJet

Smooth, transparent, pragmatic and no attempts to upsell or exploit you
Did plenty of research in advance due to so many poor car hire experiences across Europe. Whilst Locauto are not the cheapest available it is clear that the extra money is worth it for the pleasant experience and treatment, and smooth pick up and drop off. Will be the first firm I check when we go back to Italy.

Pick up was good. I didn't get the estate but the replacement car was almost as big. Drop off was no issues. Overall, no drama.

Replacement car needed
We had a flat tyre which was handled very badly. Instead of fixing a very simple problem, roadside assistance took the car away and left us in a rural area without a car. Locauto would not bring a replacement car to us, and we were without a car for 18 hours. I had to travel, at my own expense, to Siena to pick up a replacement car.

Car a decent model in good condition all ready to go. Both the issue and return of the car were smooth and hassle free with none of the made-up damages you get from many companies. A good experience- I would recommend locauto
