Locksmith 24/7 

These people are going to the hottest part of hell. I beg you do not call them. I reported them to the police who surprisingly have done nothing even though they clearly committed fraud. Shame on them.

At least they turned up! Locked myself out by leaving one key on the inside of the door. Charged me £49 call out and then £100 to use a wire through the letter box to take other key out. Job took less than 15seconds. Total bill £178.80 once they added VAT! I feel totally robbed!

This company is currently being investigated by
Enfield Trading standards and the police. They ripped me off but picked on the wrong person. One way to deal with these scammers is to make prank calls, sending them to random locations and wasting their
time and money as they have with you people.

Complete scam and daylight robbery. Charged £350, plus VAT for "high security" lock - which usually retails at £40.

Aggressive cowboy outfit. Charged £220 for a job that I’ve since discovered should have cost half that, at the very most.

After barely making sense on the phone, giving us no quote, and then telling us it'd be 20 minutes, the guy showed up an hour later with his Mrs. in a nondescript car.

He got out, looked at our door. Told us it'd be 188 without VAT on top of a 49 (without VAT) call out fee. He said he'd need to drill the door, which we instantly said no to as we are renters. His response was to say that he could 'try' to pick the lock, still for 188 pounds.

Their website advertises building lockout solutions from £39. We told them we could not afford that, and that we could pay the call out fee if necessary but that we'd find another solution. I then began to get worked up and was tearing up (We'd now been locked out for an hour and a half). The bloke then offered to reduce the cost to £100, then said if I could run and get cash rather than pay by card he could lower it more. He was very insistent that I could go to the ATM. Myself and my partner were very insistent that the money he had already taken (the call out fee which, after VAT, was actually £58.80) ws all we had spare in that moment. He angrily handed my partner the invoice to sign then left.

Scam, 100%. We phoned another company after and were told it would be £69 total cost and they could do it in 15 minutes.

The worst experience ever! Rip off do not use this company

Pure opportunist and scam artist this company is. They charged me 433 to drill and replace one lock. They even charged 70 pounds for VAT. completely awful company and awful humans.

Do not use. Utter scam. Were quick and efficient but charged exorbitant amount- over £400 for call out, drilling and replacement lock. Rang another service afterwards and told true cost is less than half this. Stay away!

Charged me over £1000 for drilling 2 high security locks and fitting a lock they claimed cost £380: actual cost £15 or less. About 35 minutes work. I’d just come back from an MRI scan late on Friday and was sedated or would have reacted differently when I found I didn’t have my keys and needed a locksmith. Would certainly have have challenged them but could barely stand up, I’ve sent them a revised invoice. That’s more than my current months income. Zero stars is too much. They are currently calling themselves fast servicelocksmith247, aka MM&M Ltd.

Do not use this company. Biggest bunch of crooks I have ever met. Charged my Mum in law £49 call out fee fair enough then £240 to drill lock out then wanted £100 to replace. Outer scrounging filth

We call this company as we locked ourselves out of the house. It was standard Yale lock. He said that he had to drill it out and replace with a new lock. We were charged £420 for less than half an hour job. Wrote to complain but heard nothing.

Stay clear this scamming company!

I had lost my bag with my keys in it and had call this company in emergency. They arrived quite quickly, which was good. But the guy turned up with his mate who doesn’t even work for the company (really unprofessional). They drilled into the lock and replaced it. But I was charged over £500 for this, even for out of ours, that cost was extortionate!! My friend had to pay the cost of this, which unfortunately he was told to put his address on the invoice. I’m am having to make a claim on my insurance for this and of course I need proof of the lock being changed at my address… I’ve called this locksmith and emailed a couple of times and been told the manager will send me a new invoice with my address on it. I’m getting nowhere with them, it’s an absolute nightmare!!!

Avoid using this company at all cost!!!

Initially very efficient but cost exhorbitant. £49 call out £80 fitting charge plus £180 for lock. All plus vat. 5 minute job and i now find the lock can be bought for less than 40.

When you are desperate to get into your home in an emergency what else can you do?call out for key left on the inside door.

Do not use this company to resolve issues with locks. We were quoted £700 for a job that should have cost £175. We refused and got another locksmith round who did the same job for £175. We mentioned this company to them and he said this company are crooks. Avoid at all costs. Will also report to trading standards.

I just want to send out a huge thank you to Nate! He really saved the day... His quote was honored and he got me back in my car . I cannot say thank you enough.

Locksmith 24/7 was called out to do a job for my elderly mother-in-law. She was charged £1,200 for a job I have since found out should have cost no more than £300.

They promised a 5-year no quibble guarantee. Within one week the lock showed the same fault as before they completed the work. When ask to come to rectify, they simply did not turn up for the appointment. No apology or rearranging of timing. And that was after me chasing where they were. Otherwise the whole day would have been spent waiting for them.

Save yourself time and money and look elsewhere please!

Was told that the lock would be £120 by the lady in the office waited all afternoon phoned 6 times then got a Eastern European “locksmith” who then quoted us £250 I explained that I could buy the lock I wanted for £10 in screw fix and that he was charging us £240 for 30min work he said yes that is my charge,” if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else” and so I did Disgusting company, please don’t use them! Find a locksmith shop which is local.
