SCAM LOCKSMITH

Wish I had read the reviews before I had decided to use this SCAM of a company. Original callout was to my flat in Stratford. The price multiplies from the original price you are given on the phone and the locksmith was there for 2 mins. I was told he knew how to fix a digital lock, he didnt have a clue. Called up the customer services to get an invoice and they even struggled with that. Putting the phone down several times and promising to send me an invoice everyday and never came. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Interesting,looks like Dave Hyder and…

Interesting, looks like Dave Hyder and Nigel Smith is the same bad fake Romanian person .They booth have only one review exactly for that company. It's pleasure to me that now they added additional information,Guys could you please stop, everybody understand that you are competitors, but you should be ashamed ,I think you have never been customer of this company.
Actualy I was a customer of MMM96 Ltd and they aren't rubbish company .I have to change 2 locks in my office which is in Stratford shopping Centre. They are my neighbors and they really own the two-storey restaurant located there.!! For replacement of 2 locks I paid 89£+Vat .
Also the technician was naturally from Spain .
The number they mentioned 02039061161 is not Valid for MMM96 Ltd .. I checked And Can't understand why Enfield council is investigating a company registered in Chigwell.??
Not Ilford ..
Also trading standard is absolutely unnecessary structure for me.I personally have twice filled complaint to them, unfortunately they never respond. My personal opinion is that these fake reviews are created by Romanian competitors operated on the same field with this company.
Also the mentioned website lock-smith.net showing a USA company.
I hope my review could help another people.
Sorry about my formal spelling inaccuracies,I write from mobile.

First day as I moved into my new home, I broke the doorlock lock. That evening I had to go urgently go later somewhere else and the lock had to be solved ASAP. I called the Locksmith 24/7 (mr. 020 3885 1331)... The hungarian chap who arrived was lovely, and told me that the whole lock has to be removed and replaced with a new one- a hightly secure one. The whole cost- £450... He forced me to pay immediately via terminal, and because I was quite stressed and had to leave my home after that, I did paid him... (His mobile phone number: 07858 010 547 ) The day after, as I did research a day after I found the 'highly secure lock' for £17 online... I needed the invoice for my insurance company- called the operator four times, alwaysgave her my postcode + my email address. She was very rude all the time and I was assured that the invoice will be sent to me the very next day... So far nothing.
It's disgusting... 'Highly secure lock' for £17, 30 minutes labour... for £450.
!!!DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I tried to report it as a fraud, but because I paid him, they couldn't help me.
I'll try to call the Trading standards / Legal advice and see if they can help.
Please people- When the situation is urgent and you are stressed as I was. take a step back and do a research first.

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!
It’s absolute fraud they wanted to charge me nearly £800 for changing a lock that costs £20 to buy from a shop.
They intimidate you and close the door and lock while you do the paper work.
They want you to pay the money in to a private bank account after they have completed the work.
I have reported the incident to the police so hopefully they it will investigate further.
I will report this to the fraud department as well.
Luckily for me I got out of this horrible situation ok, I’m a female and was on my own with a man that had very threatening manor.

Very Dodgy

Very Dodgy.
Tried to charge me 260 after quoting 49,
He said he knocked off 100 of his own labour. Still because of call out fee I paid. I found out this is still about double what should have paid.

Never use this company

Never use this company

You’re forced to make a payment despite there being no terms and conditions an invasion of privacy and decency.

In Retrospect I’d rather have to pay for a hotel than know this company is getting paid. Customer service is terrible. Never use them

This company is SCAMMER

This company is SCAMMER. Drilling the lock and putting a new one cost me £528. When I wanted to reach a compromise on this issue, they stated that they trust their locksmith. They have taken advantage of the fact that I am a foreigner and a student with no knowledge of the average and fair pricing for such a job. Please be aware of this company.

Stay well away! This company is totally disgusting

This company is totally disgusting! Stay well away from them. I had a locksmith called George who was very unprofessional. They tell you £55 on the phone and then when they arrive it’s additional £80-100 on top. Stay well away from this company. I tried to call the lady I spoke to on the phone and she continued to hang up the phone on me when I was trying to question the amount I had to pay. When George left he then called me of his mobile number and was pretending to be another lock smith that would be with me within 45 minutes so I would be sitting outside waiting for nobody. Disgusting service.

It is a scam

It is a scam. They said the lock opening is £55 then the locksmith said £55 is just a call out fee. They charge be an extra £220 plus VAT which leaving the total of £330 which is totally unexpected. I call them again and double check they said it’s £55 again. When I explain my situation they hang up. When I call again, they cut my line.

Rip off company

Fastservicelocksmith247 are a company that excessively over charge for their work, please don’t use this company as they are scammers. Originally quoted £55 to pick door lock then £145 to drill out door lock, I was charged a total of £390 for 75 minutes on site. Replacement rim lock charged at £125 can be purchased for £11.99 from any honest lock smith shop. I will report them to trading standards on Monday

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. I had locked myself out, the engineer came quickly but couldn’t open the lock. It turns out he then also damaged the entire front door lock of the building. As a result, I had to ring another locksmith and pay for the entire lock to be replaced and 20 x keys to be cut. Do NOT call this company
