Greenlake designers, American Logo designers, logo jeeves ... All the same company and it is a gigantic scam. I have lost over 5k because of their con game.
They initially deliver a logo, not without pain and having to repeat the instructions over and over.
Then they conned me by having me dish out more money to do an e-commerce site for which I have never seen its completion.
They are good at talking you into paying but do not deliver. Be warned this is a scam and they need to be reported to the authorities.
If you read this and have recently made a payment call you bank to cancel it. Otherwise you will be scammed. Their goal is to gain your trust by doing a little bit of work then have you spend more and then it is too late you can't get your money back if your last payment date beyond a certain date.

Complete scam, not even responding after taking an appointment.

Plus they stole my domain name. !!!

Ok I am updating and reviewing this previous post...
Reason being is that customer care contacted me and show in good faith they wish to resolve the issue.
We have been stuck on the design of a e-commerce platform for a very long time. So i got very frustrated and angry.
To their defence they showed intent to make it right.
I will erase the previous comment and even re-post a fresh and positive 4 stars when this web design company will complete what I had paid for.

For now it is all pending up in the air.
They are nice people, yet proper communication and follow through have been a real painful issue.
I know they are capable of design good looking site as you can see from their greenlakedesigners homepage.
So why they havent listen to the guides I gave them and more importantly engage and finish up ? This eludes me... Therefore I thought it was a scam after reading from previous post. For now I ll give them beneficed and another chance to resolve the lacklustre treatment I received.
I ll be more than happy to give them 4 or even 5 stars once I get what I deserve. For now putting 3 stars.. awaiting results.

Those people are not trustworthy.... Be careful they will lead you around... luring you with good price but never deliver... I am in the process of filing complaint to the Federal Trade commission... Sue them to recoup my money. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!

This company is a SCAM!! AVOID at all COSTS!!

They have a virtual address and that's all..they say they are in CA but if you check the Secretary of State they are not actually incorporated and all their phony reps use "English names" to hide the fact that they are all based in India so won't do a darn thing even if you complain a 1000 times.

What they do is attract you with bottom low pricing then once they establish your trust will start forcing you to pay for upgrades you do not need giving you rubbish explanations of why you need to pay more $$$$. If you refuse they become hostile and hold your logo/website design/explainer video ransom. They designed my website then started forcing me to pay more which I refused, the scammers had the audacity to withhold my website ransom and took it down.

A nightmare of an experience! Because they are not based in the USA and use phony names they never resolve any of their complaints. Its same group of scammers including their other front called Green Lake Designs.
They all use phony names likes Max Lodo, Eric Kasper, Dwayne Parker, Frank Anderson etc.

Verify for yourself, ask which state they are incorporated in - they will not tell you, and ask for an actual physical address. The 440 North Wolfe Road
Sunnyvale, CA 94085-3869 they use on their website actually belongs to a different business. The company contact number on their website (415) 604-3823 is never answered and is a voip free conference call number.
They have also previously used another fake address 45333 Fremont Blvd, Unit #5 Fremont, CA 94538. Google their name and number of complaints made to BBB in CA all have been unresolved! The reviews on their page are "farmed" out to look authentic but its all a scam!

I challenge them to provide their state of incorporation, actual phone number and physical address. They will not provide any of this because they are all based in India!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

If you paid for any of the services using a credit card, I would encourage you to contact your bank and dispute the transaction. I repeat, they are a SCAM!!

Ronnie has taken a bad situation and making it better. After months of website concerns and eventually being reassigned to Ronnie, he has help make the bumps a bit smoother!

I used Logo Jeeves for a number of different projects. They were professional and helpful and replied to all my queries rapidly and with solutions to all the questions I had. The end product was superb - excellent quality and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended and will certainly use again.

We had a logo designed and a flyer. The work is top notch and really professional. Got it right first time on the logo, and quickly listened to feedback on the flyer and they nailed it on the second go. Would recommend . Very professional work.

Great experience, Dwayne P, provided many concepts and revisions. His patience was very much appreciated as I had family matters that I had to tend to and was not always quick to respond to the newly updated edits. Through it all the project has been completed and I am pleased with his work.

They steal your money and bully you to spend more. I purchased content and they removed it when I didn't give them more money. Ben Anderson is a bully. This is the worse company do not fall for the scam.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Wilson for the development of my logo. He could not have made the process easier for me. My experience with this company sums up to one word- HARASSMENT. One man I tried to work with was incredibly rude with his verbiage on “educating me” and after requesting to no longer continue with their services they continue to call and not admit it’s their company calling till I demand that they tell me if this is in fact logo Jeeves. I’d highly suggest never working with this company as they will continue to harass you even after kindly requesting them to remove from their contact list. Incredibly rude and obnoxious.

Beware! Alan never would completely make the changes to give us the logo we wanted. Then he claimed he had made the maximum number of changes he could without us paying more money. Even after paying extra money from what we originally had been told it would cost, he still couldn't deliver what we wanted. We had to pay another company to deliver to us exactly what we wanted. So disappointed. Will never do business with them again.

We received more and more designs than we expected. There are several, artistic designers working with LogoJeeves. The process is simple and easy. Communication with each designer is easy. Designers can easily close the deal and start a project in no time. The service I have received to this point has been excellent. I would use LogoJeeves in the future. I would also recommend LogoJeeves to others looking to have a logo designed.

It has been a pleasure to work with Alan Thompson at Logo Jeeves, he is always responsive, has made time to explain everything to me, make revisions in a timely manner and best of all there work is top notch. I have these guys design our logo, wall paper, banners and posters and we are very happy with the quality of design and appeal. Did great job. Communication was little rocky sometimes but overall we are completely satisfied.

My experience was a little rocky in the beginning, as I wasn’t really sure what company I was working with.
However Alan did a really great job putting my mind at ease. He created a beautiful, clean logo for my company and I got it in about 16hrs, along with several different options. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

So, over a year ago I did the little online thing and paid for a logo design

The next day I get a call from someone with the company asking a few questions but asking good questions. We had a polite and somewhat informal chat and a few days later I had over a dozen decent logo designs and a couple great ones.

Within a day or two the edits we're made and I had the high res vectors in my inbox.

Ever since then the same guy, Eric Kasper, has called and emailed me at shockingly good times to make sure I had enough business cards and let me know what else they offer.

But here's the thing, I have been getting my stuff from Vista print and got print for years. Big companies, people I know and have accounts with. I really didn't want to change especially with things like minimum orders or slightly higher pricing.

I finally did thou and I've been so happy. The shirts I had before all faded fast and the few I have left are in a rags bucket in the shop. Totally worthless now that I've got the ones from Eric. Much higher quality, fast shipping, and it's not inked on, it's the elastic rubber stuff that feels kinda like vinyl? Anyway, 10/10 across the board and the personal service is just amazing. I get the same guy Everytime, we chat a bit, and then he already knows what I want and why I'm calling so it's taken care of within minutes each time.

They even designed the shirts with a 2 mins phone call instead of making me mess around with some Bs online design tool.
