We originally used Logojeeves for our logo design. After we saw the terrific job they did, we then retained them for our website, which came out great! Alan was in constant communication with us from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. We will certainly use them again in the future!

STACY!!!!! Need I say more. She is awesome, patient, and a breath of fresh air!!!! I started with another campaign and called one day to try to get things rectified. Stacy answered the phone which seemed weird and new, but boy am I glad she answered my call. The other people/company under this group of companies seemed to have completely forgotten about me. I was able to get most of my refund for the other project and gave the deliverables and the remainder of the project to Stacy and her team. Stacy never up-sales. She’s always responsive. She’s knowledgeable but not afraid to tell you if she doesn’t know something. And I believe she bends over backwards to ensure you are happy. If I hadn’t met her, I’d probably be in court. We now have worked together on over 15 projects and I always come back for more!!! Ask for STACY!!! Stacy Clark. Don’t let them give you anyone else!!!

Very pleasant experience and was listened to by the sales person, who proceeded to successfuly and expediently carry out my requested changes.
The fee part is not absolutely transparent, but, but it's to be expected nowawdays LOL

At first I was very impressed with the quality of work. A remarkably unresponsive designer, having to repeat myself many times, CONSTANTLY being up-sold to and the difficulty getting the project wrapped- are the reasons I have ended with such a bad taste from this company. My second designer- Stacy- was incredibly pleasant and positive to work with- but that doesn't over shadow how long my simple project took... or CONSTANTLY being told there are more services I need to purchase from them.

Great costumer service from Dwayne! He was very prompt in responding to my requests for change and usually got it right the first time, but when he didnt, he was very quick to adjust and get me the material inward looking for. Would highly recommend working with him!

We jumped into our brand without knowing much about it at all. Lol. We had a basic idea of what we wanted and let logo Jeeves get to work. We’ve been working with Alan Thompson now for almost two months. We have a beautiful logo, website design, management and social media marketing all worked out through Alan. We loved the logo initially but along the way noticed that our logo (because of the colors we chose) wasn’t popping or reading well with different colored backgrounds and Alan has went above and beyond (seriously!!) to make minor tweaks to it and change colors, beyond the point of his job requirements. We’ve appreciated this tremendously because as I said above, we are very new to all of this. He’s been extremely patient with my changes of heart and helped suggest new colors/ideas. I have to say that there are some negative reviews on the company but we haven’t experienced any of those issues. Alan has worked with us, communicated efficiently and professionally on every aspect of our brand. I definitely will recommend logo Jeeves, specifically Alan to anyone we know looking for logo, website or pretty much brand identity. :) Thank you, Alan!

SCAM! AVOID! its a bench of crooks and incompetent liars:
they will attract u with nice templates low prices first and start being agressive and charging and adding extra money before u get what u paid for (or rather supposed paid for!).
Logo was the only good experience but they attracted me with very cool prices then they started charging much more to register the logo for me in the us????
The Deadline promissed just forget it: a website within 2 months? waw 6 months and still strugling to communicate on the design and the the content format.
The template promissed and the website are far from beeing the same. i never received the website as discussed when they hooked me in. Looks like a basic blog i could have built myself in any free plateforme.

A nightmare experience! i lost my money lost my temper and forgot about the website and the videoexplainer. they even dont care and just keep ignoring ur complains and asking for more money.

AWFUL experience and poor customer service. Paid for 12 custom logos I provided very detailed and specific design requests as I knew exactly what I wanted just needed a designer to make it happen. I received 12 pre-existing logos that were not at all close to the design specs I provided, my company name was just thrown on them. A project that should have been completed in a week turned into 3 months and still wasn't completed correctly. The transparent logo files I received were spotty and sloppy. Then when I asked the design team to fix this, they said "sure for another $150 package"...all while trying to cross-sell me on website design and marketing materials. RUN from this company...not worth the money or the headache.

Eric and his team were great and polite! We worked on my logo for my online boutique for a few weeks. He never seemed like he was frustrated with my feedback or the constant revisions they had to keep doing. I would recommend this company to others. The only thing I had problems with were them not understanding one of the concepts I really wanted on the logo but everything else was fine!

Unexpectedly high standard of work and method. I thought for $75 you could expect to lose it all - but at $75 not an issue.

However, work is of good quality and look forward to use new logo

I have been working With Alan Thompson from Logojeeves for quite some time now, for several projects. Alan has been managing the creation of several logos for me and has always been extremely patient in the process. All the tiny changes I asked for and after che changes were done, asking to change them back or into something different... The end result is exactly how I had it in mind.
Besides logo work, Alan and his team have created several e-comm solutions for me, including database work and copywriting. These take quite a while and are not done yet. However, Alan has promised to deliver 100% satisfaction and after all the recent projects I fully trust him in this!
I fully recommend Logojeeves to manage creatives for your business. They are fast, competent, with competitive rates. And if you do, make sure you ask for Alan to manage your account.

Where do I start?

I came across Alan two months ago. He is truly a gentleman who is patient, explains everything and goes detail by detail so you can understand what he is creating for you...simply.

The amount of time and effort that Alan puts into a client is priceless. I must admit, even though I am the one who is running my business, he always finds the time to follow up with me on projects that we are working on even when I do not have the time to follow up with him. This is just amazing. It really shows that Alan cares that his clients go above and beyond in all expectations and succeed.

One thing that really got my attention with Alan and stood out, is that he was able to catch the concept of what I was looking for and took it to another level which I cannot be more impressed with. All the projects that we are working on, he always finds a way to make them shine better which for me, is so helpful and takes my stress away.

Alan and I not only understand each other, but I believe that we have built a wonderful working relationship for years to come.
