Completely scammed me! They post their own fake reviews, but they take your credit card and run. DO NOT GET A LOGO FROM LOGOJEEVES

After credit card payment, they are missing.
no response on chat, invalid email on their website.
Is any one know how to contact them, or sue them

Fraud - Scam - Rude - Aggressive - Don't do the work - don't refund your money until you threaten them with legal action and STILL it takes a month - Never had a virus before on my website, funnily enough, got 1 as soon as they got hold of it and wiped my whole website out. You think I'm joking.. Go ahead and waste your time and money.

FAKE NAMES like Alan Thompson, which 4 of them share. Unreal, shameful, no conscience scammers. BUT, like I say, read the other reviews, gamble your money and sanity trying to get any decent answer from these liars.

Logojeeves is one of the most professional digital companies I've ever dealt with. Their customer service is second to none and their work is timely and of the highest quality. I've been thoroughly impressed with this company and won't hesitate to use them again! Highly recommended!

When I received 4 logo concepts from Michelle, I was impressed that she was able to take my few original notes and imagine my design in 4 very different creative ways. Two of them were almost perfect, and it was hard to choose between them. A couple quick tweaks, and I had my brand! I really appreciated Michelle's quick response time and creative vision.

I have had considerable experience in getting logo's developed and thru an approval process that can be painful as each of us brings our own perception of what works and what does not. In this case I am considering being a candidate for a community college Trustee position needing to campaign to about 60K voters, I started by providing the needed words and colors. As promised Michelle delivered various concepts within a few days. I chose various pieces of different concepts for her to work with....she understood and responded with updated concepts all looking great. So, within a week, with very little back-'n-forth we were done....Very professional, easy to work with, understood the objective without much coaching, cost effective and very timely....I would highly recommend....Five stars for Michelle.

Response time is good but needs to increase.

I came into this not knowing what to expect but from the very start Michelle guided me through the process with goodhumor. When we moved into the design phase she was very patient and helped translate what I was looking for to the people doing the mockups.

Alan was very pushy to upgrade the sale. After repeated no responses, he still pushed! Nothing worse than high pressure sales people who refuse to take no for an answer! Also, very first rep I spoke before Alan was rude and actually hung up on me!!!!! I had to call back and escalate to a supervisor. This will be my last time using LogoJeeves.

Same company with different name. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS.

My experience till today is awesome with the team I am working on my project. Regardless my bad English they are very attentive and calm with me. They work steady with me and implement my vision in high quality. I already suggest this company to a friend of mine and show the quality and result of my project.

I have been chasing the team for all the pending tasks most of the time and since the account manager handling our account was changed, all the tasks were never been continued.
