I had very Bad experience with this company. I lost, lots of money, I lost my business waiting for the websites they promised that, they designed for my business. They make me wait for two years giving hope and showing me unfinished product which, not working at the end, I didn't get the website or my money. I lost revenue 10000.
Bad practice

Never use this company. After placing my order, I did not receive a confirmation. I contacted the company via chat and was told the credit card number I entered was invalid. The agent responded with the "incorrect" credit card information in the chat box. I was not comfortable sharing my personal credit card information via a chat form, so I proceeded to take my business elsewhere. Today, I received an order confirmation so I immediately responded requesting cancellation. The company contacted me by phone and told me the order would be canceled. I then received an email telling me I could not cancel, despite the earlier message indicating that the company did not have my accurate credit card information. The company's behavior is highly suspect, and I recommend taking your business to a more reputable firm.

LogoShines is a complete scam. They will hold your site hostage and demand more money.

We have worked with Logoshines for over 12 months and we paid for not only logos to be done but also the whole website. We spent well over $1,500.- for everything.We are trying to build out this charity site to help people in need and now they scam the homeless as well! I just got off the phone with these people and they said that there was a security breach and if we don't pay another $999.- for site security there is nothing they can do and will not put the site back up! They kept us on the line to pay for more stuff we did not need and now they just took the website down unless we pay more money!

Logoshines said they have archived my website after I have paid full price and I have to pay up to $300 to unarchive it. I’m still dealing with this, they are crooks.

I've received dozens of spam emails from them, and other similar companies using near identical names and formatting. I contacted them through their website, and they refused to tell me where they got my contact details from.

All of their LinkedIn profiles are either private or disabled, which should give you an idea of the way they conduct business.

This is *not* a legitimate company. Neither are 'Book Writing Inc', 'Wiki Professionals Inc', 'Sydney Logo Design', or 'Video Animation Inc' who all operate from the same source.

This company is a scam. I hired them to build a website and write the content. After many months the website was wrong, it had menus to services we don't provide even after I sent them at 12 slide .ppt file the content was badly written grammatically incorrect and horrible. The brochures they did had our company logo on them but in the content referenced another company. The only thing that was correct was a video they did and when I complained about everything else they retracted all the files and deleted the project completely. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!

Worked with me every step of the way from realizing concepts to revisions to a final product. I would recommend this agency for small and large businesses alike. I was very pleased.

Honestly the worst company on the web that is apparently based in the UK....

The staff are rude and unprofessional, the work they produce is below standard, they even claim to have made a logo for Hillary Clinton...don't make my mistake as they offer 100% refund and then refuse to give it back.

You can find better logos on sites like logojoy or well anywhere to be honest, I had high hopes for the 'concepts' they were to produce for me but also I got was rush half hearted work that failed to meet either our company image or description.

What's more they claim to be UK based but non off the staff are either English, Scottish or Welsh but they have the names of people from their with oddly foreign accents.

The worst company you could ever use. They have a UK version but there all one based in India

They claim to be UK based, but are all Indians with British names likes Chris Jones or Smith.

You can find better from other logo generators thans the rubbish these people offer.

I am still wating for the refund they should have given me that UK law states I should have in 14 days.............3 weeks laters

LogoShines was pretty great to work with. The only slight issue we had is a misunderstanding in communication a bit. However, we were able to work around it most of the time, and we now have a newly revamped logo and stationary designs! Very happy with the outcome and looking forward to using our new logo in the future and having our stationary printed! Thanks Roy!
