DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Their "100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee" is completely false and their "designers" are completely useless.
First up, they will offer you a "special package" - DO NOT ACCEPT! It automatically voids your right to the satisfaction guarantee which is plastered all over their site.
Next, I literally sent these guys the image of the logo that I wanted. All they needed to do was add another word in a basic font, and crop the logo to just use the first letter as an image-based logo. Could they get it right? No. I even sent them screen shots and my own markups of what I wanted, providing straight forward directions for what I needed them to do. Still couldn't deliver.
After WEEKS of going back and forth I eventually gave up and asked for refund only to be told that because I had "demanded revisions" I was not eligible for the refund. How ridiculous! All I was trying to do was to help these morons get to the outcome that I paid for and avoid having to ask for my money back! Had I known that by trying to work WITH these idiots rather than just dismissing their first pathetic attempt, I was voiding my right to a refund, I would've told them to shove their embarrassing "designs" from the outset.
I'm furious at wasting so much time trying to help these clowns do their job - especially when doing so has actually disadvantaged me! Unbelievable.

As starting a new business I was in need of a fresh new logo, after browsing the web for a while I decided LogoShines would suit my needs best. I opted for a package that gave me the choice of 6 different Logo's, the project took a little longer promised, however the project manager Cheryl was in contact with me throughout the whole process which I found very re-assuring and professional. The final 6 logo's were to a very high standard, the logo of choice was very unique and original, I am very satisfied with the whole process and final outcome.

Isaac Stevens was my designer, and he did an amazing job on both of the logos and sites I had designed. I was worried about the quality I would get for the price, but had no reason to be. Everything was top notch! Issues were taken care of quickly, my questions answered, and needs met. A few things got missed here and there, but as I pointed them out again, he always made sure they were handled. He clearly has a great team behind him, and even handled an upset professionally and kindly. Many of my friends are also public speakers and coaches, but they have had horrible experiences with their site designers. Now that my second site is nearly done, and they have seen what "my web guy" can do, they want his number. I'm giving it to them with confidence he and his awesome team will treat them just as well.

They just went totally quiet on me. I'm utterly astonished. Please don't pay these guys anything whatsoever. Shocking,

This is one of the worst companies ever created by man. Absolutely unprofessional and lacking in integrity. They make promises they cannot keep, take your money and never deliver. I am currently in a situation of getting back my refund from the incompetent amateurs and yet to see the end of this. I will post more reviews in the next few days. If you are wise, stay away from this company called logo shines, it will save you time and headache. They are a complete rip off and disrespectful bunch.

Do not do business with this company! They boast a "100% money back guarantee" for ANY reason if you are not satisfied with their design products and I received the guarantee in writing. I decided to give them a try. I found that the designs, in my opinion, were very basic, elementary, clipart designs. I was told they would be custom drawn logos. This was not satisfactory to me. After many attempts that went on for months, and extremely negative and rude experiences with several staff members, the refund that was originally promised never came. In addition, the company never responded to the BBB complaints that I filed.
