The communication is not very effective sometimes. I tried to explain what I want and presented the references, but it still seems that they cannot get my points. When I call them and speak on the phone is a better communication than just type and send back my comments.

Usually promise to deliver revisions with 36-48, but sometimes they cannot 100% make it.

Choosing a logo is not an easy process, but LogoShines really provided expertise and support to make the process easier. My account manager, Sean Clark, was especially helpful throughout the process to guide the designers towards our vision. At first, we received many great designs that were hard to choose from. If you don't have a good grasp on your brand, or what you want, choosing a logo will be very hard. While at first, the designs we received were very good but did not capture what we believed was our brand. It took a lot of "soul searching" with our own brand to then take a new direction on the design of the logos. Sean was very helpful in steering the design process in the right direction towards a logo that we ultimately loved.

The team is prompt and very flexible to your needs and requirements. I love that they were able to make as many revisions as I wanted and provided great designs right from the start. I also found them to be very reasonably priced.

I want to just share that I love the work that Sean Clark with LogoShines has put into my website. He listen and took all my thoughts and ideas and made them come alive on screen. I absolutely love it. He did an awesome job and I love working with him.

I had the experience of working with Thomas & team for designing the Logo for my brand. I just had an abstract concept in my mind, the team took care of the rest for me.
I would recommend Logoshines for someone who is looking for creating and registering their brand!!!

Thomas Mark was absolutely fantastic. They were very creative, responsive and patient. There were a number of times I got distracted by other work responsibilities and the team would check in with me to keep the process going. Professionals at their best!

Great customer service, prompt response time, and great designs.

Sean Clark, the senior team lead was wonderful! He made sure that all of my questions were answered expediently and that I was provided the product that I was in search of. The artists were also amazing and gave me a plethora of options to choose from to select the logo style that I felt best fit my company.The only down side was providing an explanation of a vision via email and the waiting time between each revision. I understood the policy prior to committing to the service, yet it all became real as the project took longer than expected. Overall, Logo Shines is a great company!

Quite a creative work for my website banners and landing pages design. Would surely recommend logoshines to others!

They are really good at understanding what their clients want and then deliver great stuff as per the expectations of their clients. I really enjoyed working with them and they are quite creative when it comes to creating a logo. Would definitely recommend this to everyone!

The Company does a pretty good job. I came to know the company by needing a logo and being sent an email for logo services. I purchased the logo and ended up not using it , because it just wasn't what I was looking for.
The manager of the project Sean Clarke offered to have them make a new one but, I declined and went with another company.

I must say, Sean Clarke really went out of his way to make the experience with your company satisfactory for me.His determination, and wiliness to get the job right impressed me so much that I also used your company for website and video services.He turned an unsatisfactory situation into a satisfactory situation.
