It’s the second occasion that I’ve used London Logo Designs and again they’ve been amazing in producing another new business logo for us. Highly competitive and very quick service. Thank you.

The company presents itself as operating under UK jurisdiction but fails to align with the standard UK business hours, often communicating in the early hours of the morning. Despite a promise of twelve unique logo designs, only half were initially provided, necessitating repeated follow-ups for the remainder. The quality of the designs suggested they were the work of a single individual rather than the advertised team of diverse designers, lacking in both inspiration and creativity, and requiring explicit direction for each concept. Requests for color adjustments resulted in simplistic overlays rather than nuanced revisions. Overall, the service was highly unsatisfactory, and I would advise against using this company. They advertise a full refund for dissatisfied customers, yet despite multiple requests to cancel the order and obtain a refund, they persistently refuse to do so, leading to the involvement of our bank to resolve the matter.

When I first started my catering business, I had no idea how important logo designs were to the success of my business. After a few weeks of running operations, my son referred me to London Logo Designs who are scammers and scamed many people

I saw their advertisement for a logo design for £35 which I proceeded with online and entered my payment details. The company then called me the next day and asked if I wanted a social media option with the logo to which I said I didn't. The lady on the phone said she would send me an invoice and I again confirmed I didn't need any extra services. 10 minutes after the phone call ends my debit card is charged £99 and an invoice appears. I immediately sent an email back asking for a refund and credit note. I also sent another the next day and tried their contact number which goes straight to answerphone. I have now had to contact my bank to get the payment claimed back. I don't think this company is based in London and I would refer you to someone like People Per Hour or Fiverr.

This has been the worse experience I have ever had, I actually hired them to save myself time, 4 years on and its been the biggest joke ever, they been scamming me for money, and when I stop paying for additional stuff they start to ignore you and it ends up going on for months till they charge re activation fee, and then again the forced upselling starts, and they tell blatant lies, today they were offering me the website for £1200 which I've easily paid over £500 for if not close to a £1000 now, and on their website for a brand new customer, its £249, she was trying to milk an extra £1k and talking nonsense about why it costs so much, I'm reporting them to UK trading standards, avoid this company.

I hired London logo design a year ago to design my website. 5 months later, the website was still incomplete and not at all what I had asked for. They had taken a set template and added a few images and every time something had to be added or changed, they asked me for more money. Their service was absolutely terrible - I had someone shouting and screaming at me over the phone on 3 occasions. Eventually, I cancelled my services with them because I was so disgusted with their service and quality of work. I didn't receive any refund or compensation from them, only harsh words. Not even an apology. I have been trying to gain ownership of my domain, which they promised me, for the past year. Now they have turned around and requested a further £175 from me for the domain! I definitely DO NOT recommend London logo design for anything. They give the worst service possible, they do not put their customers first, have hidden costs all over the place, and their product is below average.

We have been waiting for a website from them for nearly 2 months. Every time they call they try and charge us more, the agent we were working with has "left the company" and asked us to bring our custom to him, we are now unable to get in touch with the company. Neither phone number or live chat works. CLEAR SCAM COMPANY!

AVOID!!!! Don't fall into the cheap deal!!! you will regret and find out you have to pay a lot more for every single hidden charge!!! Adn they will call you all the time until you agree to pay for the services that you don't need or create some problems so that you have to pay to fix it.

If there is zero star, I will rate it zero!!!!
Their cheap deals and offers are just a start. Stay away from this doggie business when you can!!!!

You can pay a bit more to a freelancer and get a good service. Don't try to save money and end up kill your dream business.

I spend over 1600 for this company to create my website and logo.

The website took over 8 month to create. I have been chasing them for a while to complete my website. If you pay them in advance you are in trouble becouse they will demand more money for every little adjustment they do on the website and they will delay your website since they have got your money. At the beginning they will tell you the content is included but when they receive your money. They will demand more and more money to do simple adjustments or correcting their own mistakes.

They will force you to use them for hosting. I have used them for hosting by force after a year and half of my website being active. They deleted all the content of the website.

When I called them they said pay just 165 and we will create the website from scratch. Really? The website that took a year to create. I refused to do that becouse if I agree to their terms they will do the same again and again. Now my business is not operating becouse of them.

I Spoke to Steve who is the manager of the ccompany.I told him what happened he started arguing instead listening. Do you know why he sstart arguing? Because I cought them read handed. They said someone locked in to your account and deleted the content. They are the only people who have the login to the website.

Here is advice if you are already with them and want to scape move your hosting to godaddy and change your details like the logging. They will ask you 50 to change the hosting to another ssupplier.

Becareful this people they will crush your dream / I hope they get what they deserve. They messed up my business.

They have got my money and my website is down becouse they deleted the content so I can pay them more money.

This company took £1000 off of me for a logo and website. The logo was bad quality and the website was never given to me like promised. I have written a review about this company before. But to make matters worse I received an email from them stating they could help my business at a BIG discounted price and had completely forgotten how they screwed me over.
Below is some of the email I received, it's written in such bad English, you can tell a mile away that the company is not based in London and also how bad the company really is.

This is absolutely remarkable, specialty and supportive in light of the fact that picking this as a business vision needs a great deal of exertion. Excellent service! It's always stressful trying to find people to make a logo for you, specially because i am very picky. John was always patient, listened to my requests and did a beautiful still and animated logo for my company Swivel Entertainment. They also gave me unlimited reviews until I was happy.
