Other guests get the VIP treatment.

My second visit to this hotel and after the first time thought this was the only hotel for us in egypt.
Most of the staff were good and attentive. But I noticed on the last few days around the pool near block 27 that other guests were getting preferential treatment. Food and drinks being brought over to them whilst we were being over looked. We have booked this hotel for next January 2027. But will now look to change it. As it has left a bitter taste to be honest.
A real shame as we though this might have been our forever hotel.
Shame.

Great All inclusive resort holiday

We had a really enjoyable winter sun break here. Rooms basic but ok, service every where is very good and attentive, buffet food is a solid 8 ex 10, all clean and safe heated pools, and poolside drinks service was absolutely excellent ( hat tip to Abdel Rahman Mohamed who was super friendly and attentive) .

They made a really good effort for NYE celebrations with Moulin rouge acts.

Nice to see armed security at the entrance to deter any baddies!

Overall, a lovely place to come and relax this time of year.

The accommodation standards are poor.

The accommodation standards are poor, if you arrive after midnight they take advantage of you at check in. We had paid for 2 standard rooms, as we required an extra bathroom for a teenage daughter. When we checked in at 1am, they argued the booking. It was a good job my husband had a printed copy, they sent us to a family room, 1 bathroom in the bedroom. The other bed in the lounge by the front door. No privacy for a teenage girl. We went back to reception and were told "we can have 2 rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs in the same block". He then said if we didn't accept this accommodation he would have no choice but to separate us to opposite ends of the resort. Not what you want with a 16 year old girl.
So it was 1.30am dark, hot and we were tired, we took the rooms. Instantly we reported broken air-con in one! Again told we would be separated. So we stayed in it that night. It was fixed the next day.
The rooms were old, broken furniture/windows, very dirty air con vents. We reported a wardrobe door hanging off and a broken window, no one fixed it! Taped wires on bathroom fans, black electrical sockets... Our room had an extra kiddy bed shoved in it and when it was folded up the mattress looked like something you'd see at the tip! Yuck!!
We became ill, upset tummies. 2 of our extended group ended up on drips in the medical centre. The filter system on the pools was being turned off during the day, the water became cloudy.
We were a group of 9 and at one of the restaurants they refused to seat us as one table.
The food was reasonable for Africa. Plenty of places to get drinks, but long queues.
In the most the general working staff were very helpful and kind. Watch out for the shop prices. I tried to buy some airplanes snacks, he wanted to charge me £44 for 7 items. Probably £21 in the UK

Natalia & Josh 💍 5*staff 5*hotel 5*food just incredible holiday!!!

Just got back from an amazing 7 days here, from the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, the staff are just out of this world and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay! We paid extra on arrival which was suggested on other reviews and was upgraded to premium which I 100% recommend on doing will make your stay extra special! Big thanks to the life guard at cascade area he was an absolute gentleman and had beds ready with towels each morning, he was so attentive!!! And another hugeeeee thank you to Karim our little gem behind the bar at cascade, he was just amazing and we missed him dearly on our last 2 days, can’t thank him enough for making our week extra magical! The food was just amazing every day, whether you dine in the main facility or cascade! Its clean, beautiful, staff are incredible and was the reason we had the most wonderful week! The beach is stunning, was extra special for me as we got engaged surrounded by marine fish and beautiful surroundings, I could go on for agesssss, my only advice is ensure you ask for premium room its just stunning and nearer to on site shops/bar ect!! And if you’re after a childfree holiday cascade area is where you want to be!! Thanks again, we will most definitely be coming back next year and booking again right away! Love you guys so much and can’t thank you enough, all our love Natalia and Josh xxxxxx

August 2024 in room 154

This was my second visit and it was even better than the first time.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The food was prepared extremely well and the staff helped us with every question.

We will be back next year!

Well I’ve been there twice absolutely…

Well I’ve been there twice absolutely brilliant If you have a problem it’s sorted straight away the customer is their priority lovely experience can’t wait to go back , oh yes the person complaining waiting 20 minutes for an omelette shame on you the hotel can’t help it if everyone one wants a fresh omelette lol there is plenty of other food to choose from .

Amazing people

I will start off by saying our first day was not the best, we arrived and the blankets on the beds were so itchy we couldn’t get a good nights sleep. However we met with Ahmed the cleaning supervisor who had our sheets freshly changed every day and checked in on us every morning, he was absolutely amazing and made our stay so much more comfortable.

Food on the first night was a disappointment but we than discovered there’s another all inclusive restaurant we could eat from in the hotel (D’white) it was far more spacious and pleasantly decorated, the queue for food was slightly longer when it’s packed so it’s best you come when breakfast, lunch, dinner first starts or when it’s about to end.
They’re constantly bringing food in and out so you never have to worry about it being finished or cold.

However what really topped of our experience was Johnny!!! The absolute best event coordinator at the hotel. He made sure we participated in everything whether that was the disco nightclub the hotel would host every other evening and they played everything (R&B, pop, Afrobeats, dancehall, techno .ext.) or organising a night out to the club to dancing out on the beaches. He was amazing and made our time at Long beach worth remembering.

Horrible and overpriced junk

Horrible and overpriced junk. Hilton sold it and they are squeezing what left from if.
Everything is broken. Food is horrible. Very long queues up to 20 minutes of waiting to get an omelette.
The room devision manager is a fraud and a liar: mr Mohammed Hussein and same with the doctor mr Alaa. Incompetent.
