I chose this company because it had very good reviews, and I can see why. I ordered via Michael, who was very helpful and easy to talk to. The goods were delivered by two really nice guys, Reg and Sean. I was informed the previous day of a two hour slot for delivery and they rang me when they were 10 minutes away. Everything went like clockwork. I would definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to prospective purchasers.

Excellent customer service and communication
When I placed my order online I was told roughly when my appliance would come in to store. I was called to arrange delivery. When delivery day came I got another call from Long Eaton Appliance Company profusely apologising for not being able to deliver. No lies or spinning the yarn. The box is damaged and so is the appliance.
They then gave me another delivery date and time. When the date and time came they were bang on the mark. This company has a huge rang of appliances and most are cheaper than the manufacturer's RRP. Value for your money and communication from them is correct. I would buy from the Long Eaton Appliance Company again.

Dishwasher Long Eaton Appliance
Friendly staff in the showroom and the delivery staff. It was delivered when they said it would be and we got a phone call to say they were on their way. It was plumbed in and they made sure it was working. Would certainly recommend Long Eaton Appliance .

Good price and support.
I was ordering online, however delivery was to Scotland and I wanted to know if it was in stock and an estimate of when I could expect it to arrive. I phoned and spoke to Michael who quickly checked and notified me of the earliest delivery date. I received the email confirmations and notifications of delivery. It arrived on the date provided. A really good service and they were competitive with their prices.
