First time booking flight on my own and I'm a bit nervous. The fact that it was easy to book my flight was easy and the price was great! But I'm not technically knowledgeable of getting the boarding pass. I called Lookbyfare and Ruskin helped me. He was explaining how to do it but when I told him I wasn't sure what to do,he went to the site and got me my boarding pass for me and emailed it to me. Then he made sure I clicked on it to confirm the pass and my group number. I'm so grateful for Ruskin and Lookbyfare for helping me out. I can go on my trip with assurance knowing I'm set!

Ordered tickets for 2, transatlantic, lots of trouble both ways, Amsterdam claimed tickets were fraud, almost stopped us from boarding, lookbyfare did nothing to help. Returning flight went via London, same problem, tickets not accepted, missed flight, had to buy new tickets, no help from lookbyfare, their only suggestion was to sell us new tickets at steep prices. Worst service ever, after multiple trips per year for 35 years.
