I booked a flight online with Hawaiian Airlines through Lookbyfare stating that we would be allowed a personal item and one carry on with the quoted flight pricing of $347.94. When the confirmation arrived by Email it stated one personal item but NO carry on or checked bag was included in that price. On the website the flight details indicated a personal item was included, the box had a green check mark for the carry on indicating to me that it was included and a dollar sign indicating extra payment for a checked bag. I was very frustrated and wanted to cancel my reservation feeling very convicted that your website was misleading to the customer. After speaking to Wade, he was able to make the correction to include a personal item and a CARRY ON per person for the original price. Wade persevered with professionalism throughout my frustration and despite my agitation. Thank you for your help!

Adam was amazing

Adam was very helpful and patient with us. He was able to get my mom on a flight and help with her disability to walk. Thank you so much, Adam he deserves a raise!!

Tried to Change Ticket

I had a dispute with Lookbyfare regarding trying to change the date of a booking. I originally left them a negative review. They called me the next day and we were able to resolve it to our mutual satisfaction.

SCAMMERS!! Over priced tickets, didn’t go over cancellation policy and wouldn’t issue refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
