Used to be great and I invested in a paid package but recently just a nightmare! Creating a 'new video' doesn't seem possible, it's virtually impossible to open up a new window (as the camera functio... See more

The WORST AI editing software I have…
The WORST AI editing software I have EVER Used. I cannot believe that they charge for this. SHAME. caveat emptor.
Amazing work tool
I really like it, been using it for gew years now (PRO ver.), few times a day, always reliable, even when they have ew small bugs.
It's an essential tool for us!
Also they always adding more features.
Highly recommended.
Loom's customer service is extremely…
Loom's customer service is extremely disappointing. The team feels more like a pushy sales department than a support group. They consistently ignore support requests and fail to provide adequate responses to any inquiries and handle support requests more like objections to be passed than acknowledged seriously. This company seems more interested in retaining money than in building positive customer relationships. Based on my experience, I doubt Loom's viability as a long-term SaaS provider. Avoid or better yet, short Loom.
150 edit limitations, left me hanging after hours of work
After spending hours editing a video, it says that the there is a 150 edits limit.
And I'm nowhere near finishing.
Great job Loom, now I have a mangled video I don't know what to do with and spent a whole day recording it, and many more hours editing.
Very easy to use
Very easy to use - great pricing
I don't see why this company is getting negative feedback. People can be very hard to please!

Charging me 20$ instead of 15$ and telling me after sending the Screencast that they are testing prices but Changes will be different is very unethical and illegal. Very unsatisfied.

Just make sure your audio settings are set correctly before you hit record
Good for HD, bad for 4K resolution videos.
I've been using Loom for over a year or so and it performs well for HD resolution videos. However, I always have issues when attempting to record in 4K. Occasionally, a warning will appear and allow for the video to be saved, but more often, the recording stops and the video disappears and you lose all the recording. Because of this, I'm considering switching to another software that handles 4K more effectively.
Amazing product that saves me hours!
A decent service
A decent service. Hope they review and improve the pricing policy: it's not the best value for its money. The free trial could have been longer. They also need a bit more transparency in subscription plans, options and features available / unavailable.
Dark patterns everywhere
When I unsubscribe -> I want to unsubscribe. Loom requires me to write the reason (selecting one in the list isn't enough). These dark patterns are everywhere in the product.
They did not mention before signing up…
They did not mention before signing up that the free version was just for 14 days. They don't respect people's time and they lie.
i cant disconnect iphone audio permanently, although i have signed out of loom
horrible for Mac not to mention i can not delete the bloody app off my Mac, so everytime i go onto my computer even though im signed out of the app, my phone makes a noise to tell me its audio listening so i always have to disconnect my phone, which is annoying cause i do not want a temporary disconnect, i want a permanent one. I downloaded the app in August of last year- please free me from this. Can someone get back to me ASAP.
The lowest of low rip offs
The lowest of low rip offs! I needed a single use of an online record, read about loom and gave it a try. After recording the 1 hr I wanted to download the file and what I see?? YOU MUST UPGRADE FROM FREE VERSION TO PAID FOR DOWNLOADING IT! This is sh* and I have deleted it immediately!! And you will neither see me again nor I will recommend it. Beside the fact, that the program itself is not easy to use!
when rotating the mobilephone screen…
when rotating the mobilephone screen gets black and video doesn’t play anymore, fullscreen doesnt work sometimes
The video processing doesn't work and…
The video processing doesn't work and the website's chat is taking you in circles until you give up.
Terrible customer servy. Product failure
I have to say what a problem i have had with customer support. They only have email support and i am having difficulty having my paid account. It continues to stop at 5 minutes. I have been at this for. 10 days with customer service and the people they hire are not up to apparently solving the problem. Unfortunately i need one more video to piece together or I would quit. I would never recommend!!!!!
Support chatbot provides non-relevant answers without easy possibility to connect to live person
I needed a technical support. Selected "chat". I got a chatbot without obvious ways how to escape it and connect to alive person. It asks to enter my problem (couple of times already) then provides choices, including "our team". After selecting "our team" it asks again to describe the issue. Then happily announces it found another non-relevant article and asks if it is relevant. If not, then describe again and press connect to "our team" and the cycle continues.
