Have bought items from Lordcollectables for a good few year now, brilliant service, very helpful, their payment plans are brilliant if wanting a few items or a more pricey piece. Christmas a couple of year back had quite a bit on payment plan, my fault due to low funds my last payment wasn't paid until a few days from Christmas. Lordcollectables went above and beyond to get posted so I received them in time. Thank you so much. Only ever had one item I wasn't too happy with, a traditions ornament, the paint job wasn't the best (obviously not lords fault), due to not been their fault I did need to pay to return it (only fair, postage less than a fiver). Once received back Lordcollectables exchanged it straight away, received replacement within the week. My go to place for all things traditions/beast kingdom etc

I have been using Lord collectables for well over 7 or 8 years. The majority of my 177 piece collection has come from lord collectables the odd few that haven’t was because they was gifts from people. Not only do my items arrive well packaged, they are also very quick in arriving. Lord collectables is a great communicator, very personable and goes out of his way to try and help you find the pieces you are looking for. Let’s also mention the fact that deals are constantly on giving you a great opportunity to buy your favorite pieces at a discounted rate. I have never had a problem with any of my pieces arriving damaged but I have good faith in knowing if this was to occur Lord collectables would be there to solve the issue straight away! Don’t let any negative reviews put you off because I’m sure I speak for the thousands of regular buyers that Lord collectables is not only the best place to shop but the majority of the time the cheapest also, which means a big bargain for yourself!!

Received my latest piece from this company just before Christmas (the scuttle traditions piece) and I love it l. I buy the majority of my pieces from lord collectibles and cannot fault them as a company. Even when I've had issues with damage in transit they have always went above and beyond to help with either a replacement or refund if one cant be provided. They do require return of the item but this is understandable to keep everyone right. I'll be purchasing many more items from them in the future and would highly recommend.

What a brilliant company Lord Collectables are. I have been buying my Disney ornaments for well over ten years and they are impeccable with every aspect from buying to customers service. If i have had a problem it is sorted out very quickly and very professionally to the point of nothing is to much trouble for them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Disney ornaments and they do payment plan's that are brilliant for me. I've ordered many many items over the years, not only for myself but gifts for others. The delivery is always fast, especially when considering I live in the far North East of Scotland. Also taking postage into account, there are so many companies that charge more to post to where I live or refuse to post? So always extremely grateful to Lord Collectables for sending to North East!!

Every order I have has been pack great and shipped that same day! Great communication and always in the loop about if the shipment delivery will be delayed etc this is my go to place now for Disney traditions
