We're very sorry to hear that the condition of the packaging did not meet your expectations, particularly since the tyres were intended as a gift. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been.

Please allow us to clarify: while we make every effort to ship our products in sturdy cardboard boxes, in some cases—especially with non-fragile items like tyres—we use plastic mailing bags. This choice is made in consideration of shipping costs and efficiency, and in our experience, tyres typically arrive without issue due to their robust rubber construction.

However, as you've rightly pointed out, transit conditions can vary depending on the courier. While the tyres themselves were not damaged, we understand your concern regarding the branded packaging being compromised. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer compensation in cases where the product itself arrives in good condition, even if the outer packaging has suffered during shipping.

That said, we truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your honest feedback. It has been shared internally so we can continue to review and improve our shipping practices, especially when items are being sent as gifts.

If you have received a faulty product, you are welcome to contact our customer service through email and provide photos or video that show the issue. Please note that for problems with products, we must file a warranty case with the supplier: this is a procedure that is taken care by our assistance after the client provides the requested pictures.
If then the supplier confirms that there is a manufacturing defect with the item, they will provide a refund or substitution based on the availability they have.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify that all items, including the bike grips you ordered, are carefully checked by our team before being securely packaged for shipment. At the time of dispatch, the product showed no signs of damage.

Our policy, which is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, requires that any damage or issues be reported within 48 hours of delivery. In your case, the report was submitted more than 10 days after receipt, making it difficult for us to determine the origin of the damage or whether it occurred during shipping or afterward.

Unfortunately, accidental damage or damage reported outside the reporting window cannot be covered by our warranty or return policies. We understand this may be frustrating, but we must follow these guidelines to ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.

That said, we remain at your disposal for any further assistance you may need or questions you might have.

We’d like to clarify that your order was shipped using the Parcel Force option you selected at checkout, which has an estimated delivery time of up to 25 working days. Since the parcel is being shipped from Italy to the UK, customs clearance may sometimes add extra delays beyond our control.

You reported that an item was missing from your package. In response, our team thoroughly reviewed our internal security camera footage and confirmed that all items in your order were correctly packed and shipped. We have also provided you with screenshots from the footage for your reference.

As we have not received any photos of the parcel as it was delivered to you, we are unfortunately unable to verify whether the package may have been tampered with during transit. Without such evidence, we are also unable to initiate a claim with the courier.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. For future reference, should there be any concerns with a delivery, we kindly ask that you retain the original packaging and share photographs with us as soon as possible. This will help us investigate and support you more effectively.
