Bill and the Lowdens team were instrumental in our initial success in getting onto the property ladder, with Bill's calm and solution-oriented approach being particularly helpful. As we face the challenges of the current financial climate, Becky is now on hand to guide us through these trying Financial Times.

Lowdens has been awesome to work with. They were initially proactive in pushing me to get our mortgage application completed as quickly as possible to ensure we got a good interest rate.

They made sure to double and triple check all the details of our application with us so we knew exactly what was going to happen and when.

The team is quick to answer phone calls and will communicate early and clearly on anything you need to know.

Their work is thorough and professional. You can't go wrong with the team. I was fortunate to work with Bill, Abbie, Rohit, and a few others to get a mortgage and I'm in the process of securing insurance with them too. I tip my hat. It's rare to have such good service these days.

Abbie was amazing! Very responsive and proactive. We got our mortgage offer in a couple of days. If we buy again, I will definitely chose Lowdens.

We have just finished our 1 year purchase journey for a new build house and Lowdens were our Mortgage Brokers arranging a mortgage for us.

We were dealing with Abbie who was always available to talk and always prompt and accurate with her replies.

These are always complex purchases and inevitably things sometimes do not go smoothly for various reasons outside Lowdens control however, their competence and expertise will make things work out at the end. You can always count on Abbie and Lowdens to get the job done.
