Excellent service from start to finish. We were looking for an eternity ring with certain requirements. Lowes made contact with their local supplier & a ring was delivered to the shop. All staff were knowledgeable, polite & friendly. A special shout out to Orla, who went the extra mile.

I needed advice on how to solve the problem of my wedding ring falling off, particularly in this cold weather, - it had been resized several times. They advised that nodules could be put inside the ring to provide additional friction. Brilliant solution.

Over the years, they’ve maintained a high standard, and their shop truly stands out in Chester. On a recent visit, I purchased a beautiful silver necklace and was impressed once again by the friendly, professional service. It's great to see this gem of a store still thriving! Four stars.
