Excellent service, friendly and professional.
Friendly. Knowledgeable staff. So helpful. Purchasing from here was a pleasure. Service as it used to be. The ring I purchased needed altering and this was completed within a few days and is now on my finger sparkling brightly. Thank you to the two staff members we spoke to.

I've used Lowes/Powells for many years. Great personal service after all these years, and great service all round. Highly recommended and easily the best jeweller in Chester.

First class customer experience.
We have bought in Lowes before and found the service to be of a high standard. We popped in last week and found a new silver necklace which was exactly what my wife wanted for her birthday so I bought it. Once again the service was first class.

Unusual stunning diamond ring
