I think the pricing is just too high. I ordered from Quince and Brunello Cucinelli (comparison points of less expensive / more expensive). The Brunello Cucinelli is definitely higher quality but the Quince (which is far less expensive) is of equal quality to Luca.

Additionally, your rewards program is absolutely terrible. It is so disappointing that I have spent almost $10,000 and have nothing to show for it. How about - "Hey Nitin, he's a free silk cashmere hoodies for you because you've been such a loyal customer".

The attention to detail was very impressive. Especially the packaging. The handwritten holidays card, the magazine, some sweets from Italy.... no one does this and it makes the biggest difference. Fabulous product but the experience was destroyed by the means of delivery. The item was despatched not via the postal system but by a private delivery network.
I needed several calls to locate and finally get delivery.
The joy of the of the purchase was erased by the clumsy delivery.
I will still buy Luca Faloni in the future but only from physical stores.
