Lovely shirts for all occasion

I’m a regular customer and I have absolutely loved every item I’ve purchased. Shipping timing is considerably longer as compared to other stores, but the wait is worth it.

Cheap garbage and fit varies by product. I order three products in small and one was HuGe. One the sleeves were super tight and with the third the cotton like material was a thin as a tissue. In addition although the website says free returns the try to charge you to return items to China and will not issue a refund. Beware!!

I really enjoy the several items I have ordered. This sweater I ordered twice one for a gift and once for me. The delivery time is a little long but worth it. The quality of the items are great and I expect to enjoy them for a long time. Thank you!

The shirt fits and wears well and comfortable. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that the shirt inner collar of the shirt should look the same as the outer shirt. When shirt blares at chest and neck shows white. Has a cheap affect at inner collar at neck and chest.

Needed to return two items that totaled $80. Said they would give me a credit of $16. Told them absolutely not. Then they offered me a $25 credit. Again, absolutely not. When I finally got the return address it was in Dubai. The shipping is going to be a lot. So, bottom line, you cannot return anything.

Tunic tops were great quality, beautiful styles all at a reasonable price point.

I’m with the last lady that rode in. I wouldn’t give this company one star if there were a lower score as an option. No effing customer service number? Not answering emails? Not refunding items returned? May this business go under?

I was very impressed with the quality of the shirts I bought and they all fit true to size . I will be ordering some other items

Had to give one star but really would like a negative number! Dress too large and made cheaply. there is NO phone number for customer service, everything done through email. When I asked for a refund via email they offered $15 then they increased it to $30. I paid $62. Said I could keep dress and get refund of $30 or if I returned at my expense, would refund me full amount. Returned dress at my expenses and did not refund me. Wanted me to call off PayPal dispute but I wouldn’t. They can not be trusted. STAY AWAY, LUCEW is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Horrible horrible service. Items are too big, material is cheap and practically transparent, there is NO phone number for customer service!!! When I asked for a refund via email they offered $11, then they increased it to $22 - no where close to what I paid for 2 dresses at $82. Now radio silence to my emails. Frustrating & contrary to what is on their website, they do not care for customer satisfaction at all. STAY AWAY, LUCEW is a SCAM!!!!
