Complete scam of a site. Booked a flight on spirit airlines, booking number 7321026193. AFTER I booked the flight, they asked for more money. I have seen sites increase prices during booking, but NEVER AFTER. The increase in price was higher than the price quoted on Spirit Airlines' official website, even though they got me interested by originally showing a fee lower than the official price. There was no option to ask for a refund on the website, only to make a change. So I paid the additional money as I had no other option. The booking confirmation still never came. I waited 8 hours and finally booked directly from Spirit's official website and got instant confirmation of my flight. I will be disputing the charges unless I am refunded.

When I bought the ticket to Las Vegas, it said it'll take three mins to book it. I paid for the tickets and it said the booking is confirmed. Later on when I didn't get any confirmation and I checked online, it said booking pending. Then it sent me an email saying they need more money to confirm the booking. To avoid hassle I paid more money. It's been over 12 hours, still no confirmation. I wanted to talk to their service agency, they are requesting more money to even chat. Complete scam.

I bought 2 tickets through this agency for a flight from Catania to Bucharest for 23.07, the reservation number being 5337359986. I was notified by the people from Wizzair that the flight was canceled and later they notified me by e-mail and the from the agency that the flight was cancelled. I received an email saying that I can book another flight starting with 31.07 or I can be refunded. I requested that the money be refunded to the account from which I made the payment but I have not received any response from them and I don't think I will ever get my money back. I suggest you not to buy tickets through this agency

Update on the situation:
After posting a review on Trustpilot, they contacted me the next morning and issued a refund. The funds were credited to my bank account the following day.
I changed my rating from 1 to 4 because when the operator finally contacted me, the problem was resolved quickly. I believe if the company responded as efficiently to messages on their own website, their rating would be significantly better. Instead, I had to resort to using a review website for feedback because other communication channels didn't work. Nonetheless, the issue has been resolved. Thank you. Peace to everyone 😊.

On July 15th, I tried to book flight tickets through the website. During the payment process, there was a technical glitch, and the booking was not completed, although the money was already deducted from my card. I received an automated message stating that the booking was not successful, and the money would be refunded to my bank account within 14 days. As of today, it has been over 2 weeks since the purchase was canceled, but the money has not yet been refunded to my account. I also submitted an inquiry through the form on the website, but I haven't received any response. You have charged over 700 dollars, which is not an amount I can overlook, so let's resolve this issue.

I made a booking with Lucky2Go for $248. However, I was charged $320. The contact tab on their website is completely useless. There is no contact number or email address listed. I have no way to contact them to request a refund. This is absolutely appalling and a complete rip-off.
I received an email after this post. However it was only an invoice from a noreply email address. I’m unsure how this is useful. The issue was not addressed. I have lost my money. I would highly recommend not using lucky2go

Your response is unacceptable!!! Not good enough to only mention your horrendous booking fee in the small print of your terms and conditions!! It should be showing up on the final figure before payment is made. This is done purposely to mislead people. Shame on you!!!!!
Booked a flight yesterday for $77.54, only to be charged $135.91 once the payment went through. I see this has happened in previous comments, and they have replied that it is a booking charge. NOWHERE in the booking process does it quote a booking charge!!!! This is NOT acceptable, and is misleading advertising. I have sent a request for a refund, will post what response I get back from them!

Hey I have paid for my flight to Mombasa from dubai..I only got reference number, please send me the ticket..I sent all the money I had on the ticket and if I don't leave dubai by that time I will have a fine because my visa is expiring on the day am supposed to leave here........

Booked a flight yesterday and it says flight pending. I have emailed customer support waiting to see when my flight confirmation will be sent. Disappointed as I am unable to cancel and flight prices are going up. Hoping customer service can confirm that I do have a flight and send me my information.
2023-07-18: Customer support sent me and email with my electronic ticket and were responsive to my concerns. I am very appreciative and happy that I have a flight and overall do believe I overreacted. Thank you lucky2go!

Great website. Airline ticket was half the price than other sites. Customer service was excellent, very prompt with responses. Received ticket and confirmation numbers within a couple hours, and was able to add on baggage with no issues. Will use again.

Confused by the negative reviews, it was an excellent experience, cheaper then all of the other bookings and the online check in service was done well in advance. No hidden fees that aren't laid out at the beginning, boarding pass came at a good time, and was alerted of a delay well in advance. Would highly recommend.

If I could I would put only 0! I had the worst experience with this terrible scammers. Booked my international flight with 3 hrs layover and one week later received changes to my booking, where I had (13!) hours at might layover in Chicago with two small children and then 1 month later my reservation has been changed again and they added to a previous layover another 40 minutes layover in Washington DC…. It’s impossible to reach them, they don’t answer your emails except of the automatic emails. finally I had to load my Skype account and I called multiple times so they can find me alternatives and nothing, absolutely nothing has been done….paid another $60 where all I could hear was” we will escalate your case”……seems to be all the employees at the company have basic phrases and they just operate them! Please never book anything with them, they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My very simple booking of a one-way ticket was pending for 1 week with lucky2go (which I inadvertently had been guided to via a flight search engine). After one week I was notified that my booking was cancelled. My friends on the other hand had booked the same flight, but directly with the airline, and received the confirmation for the exact same flight within seconds. The flight is not full, as today (one week later) there are still plenty of seats available. I just rebooked, this time directly with the airline.
There was no apparent reason for a cancellation of my flight with lucky2go, as the flight is still half empty a week later, I had paid immediately by credit card and it was a very simple one-way flight for 1 person (Sydney to Melbourne, no check-in luggage), so as simple as it gets.
Based on that experience, I do not trust lucky2go and will avoid this company under all circumstances.

Since April 2022 we tried to amend a flight booking for 28 June 2022. Eventually, after many weeks of trying to get a feasible response from Lucky2Go, the amendment proved to be too expensive, so we requested a voucher instead. There were numerous phone calls and emails back and forth, and after paying the cancellation fee, we still don't have a voucher and there has been no correspondence regarding this.
To date, over a year later, there has been no correspondence and certainly no voucher issued, even AFTER PAYING THE CANCELLATION FEE, which they have conveniently kept as well. It seems they make a habit of not responding so that they don't have to refund money.
This is the worst agency to deal with, ever.

Not sure about the way they book tickets ( I had to wait a few days after the payment before getting a flight confirmation). For now, it looks like I have a seat. I hope I won't get any bad surprise.
