I booked a flight on Tuesday last…

I booked a flight on Tuesday last minute to Kos! I was a bit skeptical till last moment, because I couldn’t register my booking on the airline website. I couldn’t even see the flight on the airport site and seeing all the bad reviews I was like ok I’m gonna show up to the airport and I will be turned down…
I messaged costumer service twice, received prompt reply both times, reassuring me that everything will be ok! And it was!! Thank you and for sure I will book again with you guys!

I booked a round trip flight through…

Update: After several emails back and forth, I was able to get the information needed for my upcoming trip. I would love to purchase more flights from this company but would need them to make sure customers receive this information when given their 1st confirmation when booking. Thanks for resolving this issues.

Original: I booked a round trip flight through Google flights for my cousin and received my confirmation email on August 19, 2023. The confirmation did not provide any airline information and when I went to Spirit Airlines they could not find my information. Here we are August 30, 2023 and I reach out to Lucky2go and they send me the Spirit Airlines confirmation. The confirmation did not have me listed and only had my cousin for a one way trip. If this is not resolved before next week I want a full refund for both me and my cousin. There is no way that Lucky2go confirmed a round trip flight for two and the airline has a one way for just one person.

Had to send one follow up message, no big deal - not a scam.

So a lot of these reviews talk about thinking this site is a scam, and not receiving confirmations or ticket info. I was in the same boat initially, but the fact that a) it was linked through Google Flights, and b) just a little bit of internet search gave it the appearance that this was not a scam at all. For some reason my bank flagged the $9 separate fee from the site, but once I paid that, I got confirmation emails, and the booking was reflected as completed on their site. I could not find in the emails any booking number that I could input onto Alaska Airline's website to confirm my trip, so I messaged Lucky2Go through their website asking about this. They responded within an hour, gave me the airline confirmation number, and I was immediately able to confirm it on the airline's website and link the reservation to my account with them, such that it's now listed under "my trips" on the site. All told, it was one or two little extra steps and a single email required to make sure all was in order for a cheap flight! I knocked it down to four stars just because I think they need to work on sending out all the info at once, in a clear way, and have their fee baked into a single price, rather than having it be two separate transactions back to back, which looks suspicious to a bank. Kinda seems like this is a fairly young company that has some growing pains in a market where people are used to getting all of their flight info instantly. I won't hesitate to use them again or assure others they aren't getting scammed if I hear anyone asking about Lucky2Go.

TL;DR = I got a solid discount on a ticket, and confirmed it on the airline's website after requesting the info from Lucky2Go, which they responded to right away. Will use again.

I know nothing about my flight but paid 700+euro

I understand nothing about lucky2go. I've already sent a few messages about me booking but nobody answered me.

I bought 2 tickets and paid 600+, after a few hours they asked to paid more (+100euro), ok, but now don't know my booking information, I know nothing which terminal, I can't manage my flights but yes, they have sent me tickets for me second flight but what about the first?
I've already sent a few messages but nobody answered. Hope it won't be my last flight with that company but...

I tried to open airline company but I don't know information about my flight and I can't manage it, lucky2go doesn't send me something about my flight.

Dear Lucky2Go, I bought tickets Turkey – Germany, Germany – France.

Yes I got a ticket from your company but from Germany – France and I didn't get ticket from Turkey – Germany (the first flight).

I've called to airline, I've already send a few messages to your company (contact-fr@ at ucky2go.com), 25.08 at 23:34, 26.08 at 10:54, 26.08 at 14:19 and I asked about my booking because for me was important to buy language or manage my flight but nobody asked me.

I tell your clients "Don't worry because of 48-8 hours You will get tickets", it's not truth. I didn't get ticket from Turkey – Germany. I woke up very early at 3:00 and went to Airport for find somebody from airline to understand what happens with my flight.

Yes I found and yes I've already in France but you didn't help me, you do nothing with that problem and it was a big problem for me. if you want to understand me, just imagine where you paid but have nothing after paid you stay in other Country without information. Thank you.

Never use lucky2go scam scam scam (updated)

I booked my flight August 16, 2023 for a round-trip flight in September. I also purchased a service package (baggage and seat choice) for an extra fee. I tried for a little over a week to use the confirmation code they gave me. I just found out today August 25, 2023 I have a departure flight but no return flight. Also no baggage or seat choice. I was told if I cancel my flight due to fees I would end up with nothing. I do not have confirmation for a return flight. I'm guessing they booked it separately. Worse flight purchase experience ever. Could've went straight to airline and saved 20 on the flights and had no hassle. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONTACT IS ROBOT RESPONSE EMAIL'S.

So to update this site is absolutely fraudulent. The reference number they give you is so that you can contact them directly. If I would've booked my flight directly through the airline I would've saved 30 dollars. 30 dollars being the fees I paid them. The service fee i paid for does absolutely nothing. It's so they can add seats or baggage to your flight. I had to contact my airline directly to get access directly to my flights. These people are thieves. They make it so you can't contact the airline and you are forced to do everything through them so they can charge you extra money. They do not offer refunds on their scam service fee. I hope this message reaches people. Please check with the airline directly to compare prices before you book with this company. Lucky2go.com is a sub name. Their real name is esky. I finally got in contact with them via phone call. In which they called me private. So if you email them your number they will call you. I got a call in about 4 hours after sending the email. I hope this email saves someone before they use this scam company.

Charged extra after I paid and still no booking confirmation

I booked and paid online yesterday (1990077681).
I later received an email that I had to pay an extra $65 After my flight was already paid in full and taken out of my bank.
I paid the extra $65 and the status of my booking/flight still shows pending.

When I go online to “Ask for change or ticket refund”, it does not allow me to ask for a refund so that I can book somewhere else.
It only allows me to select a different date to send a request for different flight options.

I need to confirm that my flight is booked and hopefully get back the extra $65 I had to pay.

Booked flights online and was charged…

Booked flights online and was charged for them however no confirmation email with information I can use to verify my booking, and no reply from lucky2go customer service despite trying to fill out their contact form multiple times over the part week. Cannot find my booking online or with the airline because I never received a booking reference number. Unsure if I am booked on the flight I paid for or if I was scammed and need to raise this with the authorities. Please provide me with a direct email or phone number I can call immediately.

Not recommended at all.

We buy 6 month in advance tickets to cross the Atlantic Ocean but 3 months later we we're informed that for some reason our flight was cancelled. We have to buy new tickets and now after returning from our trip the refund was not done yet. Very poor Customer Service, the reply given we're always uncertain.Recommend not to use this page!

Found them through Google Flights

**UPDATE**: They refunded me the money, customer support is good. Otherwise I don't understand their business model, also it seems like they only respond when it's a daytime in Poland (where they are based).

Found them through Google Flights, I thought it was legit, they showed 45% less price than on Spirit Airlines website, few hours after booked, they've asked for more money, making it 70$ more expensive than on Spirit Website. What a scam.

I had no option to cancel and thought whatever. Now I don't have any response from them, BUT, Spirit Airlines confirmed my tickets immediately on their website.
My booking number is 2322288991. I need a refund or I'll get it thru my bank.

I was scammed

I was scammed. I paid for a flight from vancouver to prince george, put in my card details and the confirmation of the ticket was set to pending..... I have not received my ticket and realized this was a scam.

One time I got such email from Nikolay: "We checked the booking conditions, which define the rules for using the ticket. According to them, the airline does not allow you to cancel your trip and return the equivalent of the purchased ticket to your bank account.»

Now Patrick sent me this email: "Please be advised that kindly confirm if you wish to cancel the booking kindly confirm it even though the amount that you can get is not the amount that you paid.»

I am fully confused, as it seems like they are not trying to solve the problem and making it even more complicated.
The only thing I want now is to cancel the booking and get an estimated refund fee USD138.75 that is mentioned in my lucky2go account.
I paid USD519.58, which is not an amount I can overlook, so let me get at least your estimated amount of money.

I am looking forward to their help in solving my issue.
Hope they will see my message and I'll be able to cancel the booking and get my refund fee.

Update: All your employee did was ask for $40 more..

Like all other reviewers, I made a booking for two tickets on this website. I was charged, however I never got a booking confirmation for my flights. I even contacted the airline, they have no record of any booking for my name. This website is a scam, stay away!!! I need a refund..

Booked a flight to India from Kuala Lumpur, booking price was showing like MYR508, but at the payment time it showed MYR600 something. And also I paid for cancellation service also.
