Interesting/successful/nervous

It was an interesting experiment. If you don't care so much about the precision of your journey, it can be considerable. Actually they perform well about my reservations and there was no mistake. Company take responsibility about my cancelled flight refund. We couldn't get any document from the airlines system until last 8-24 hours. We got the boarding passes at the airport(I asked 8 hours before the flight about the situation for customer relations and they directed fast, luckily :)

Never received refund

My flight was cancelled by Frontier Airlines on January 14th. They refunded Lucky 2 go on January 16th, yet I still have not received my refund in mid-April. I email them about once a week and get the same response, and they continually lie to me stating that they have not received the refund from Frontier (who showed confirmation that they have). Do not book with them!

Easy to find, very good prices

Easy to find, to see and to chose the flight. Very good prices, cheapest flights than other sites. Easy and safe for booking, and very good prices for upgrade the ticket.
Very good links between flights. very cheap for additional services.

Seems like a scam site

All payment methods are failing because of a horrible site experience. No local 800 number - international calling to the listed number very expensive. Suggest no-one leverage this site

one of the worst experiences
i paid for a flight ticket approx. 1930 euros, transactions rejected, money refunded 3 days later, but without approx. 60 euro

after talking with lucky2go operator on the phone, she assured me that i would receive the full refund.

i tried the second time to book the flight ticket, i paid, and again reservation was rejected.

is their business to check first if tickets are available, and only then to accept payment .

i hope that i will be refunded for the lost money, i do not care if my bank took a fee, i care about the fact that a failed transaction must end with full money refound

If I could give them 0 I would. They are crooks. Absolutely ruthless. 4months of going back and forth and being played. Had to incur $600 worth of international calls. Awful people really bad.

Credit card scam

I have had 2 payments taken off my credit card for travel I haven’t booked. Credit card company say I need to contact Lucky2go but you need booking details to actually contact them!!

No ethics, do not use this service

Due to emergency surgery to reattach my retina I could not fly due to gas used to keep my retina in place. I provided lucky2go with medical certificates to prove I could not fly over a week before the flight. After a long chain of deliberately unhelpful correspondence they have failed to reimburse any money for the cancellation.

Lucky2go said they will issue me a refund, but I had not received anything since then. I contacted the airline, they said they already refunded the amount to Lucky2go but lucky2go said the airlines did not refund them. What a scammer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We bought 2 tickets and while it said they were confirmed there was no email or ticket information. After trying to cancel and not being able to, I finally received the ticket information. I had already gone to another trustworthy site and purchased 2 tickets. I then AGAIN tried to get a refund for the tickets purchased through this site and they just said the "cancellation window had passed. So we ended up with TWO tickets for the trip and can't even exchange these for another trip. What a waste of money! There's no phone number to call. The only email provided is a "no-reply"... so yeah, talk about a scam!! Do yourself a favor and use a site that actually cares about their customers. If they cared about my experience they should have been willing to let me use the money towards another flight!

Their price is very good and I paid…

Their price is very good and I paid what showed, no hidden price as in other reviews. However, the email notification needs to improve. When I got their first booking confirmation email, I didn't notice the confirmation number inside is not from airlines, when I didn't receive boarding pass about 23 hours prior to departure, I tried to find the boarding information from the airlines, then I found the confirmation code is wrong. I was worried but found some positive reviews here and they replied to each negative reviews, so I contact them (only webform), they replied with real confirmation number within 3 hours, and I got the boarding pass within another 2 hours. I strongly suggest they should improve the email notification with real confirmation number from airlines so it will reduce many complains and/or customer service effort. I still give them 5 stars because of the very good price because I cannot give 4.5 stars.

Lucy2go gives me the runaround

I have been waiting for a long time for a refund and have been totally getting the run around from Lucky2go. I spoke with Frontier who told me that they didn’t have any reservation under my name and the excuse that Lucky2go gave me for the delay-that they were “waiting for a refund on Frontier’s end” was “total BS”. That’s that the Frontier representative told me exactly.

Hi Magda, I filled out the ticket on the Lucky2Go link that you provided a few days ago but haven't heard back. I am happy to revise my review following a successful resolution of this issue.

Scam

Scam. They will show you the actual price AFTER you spend time and fill in all the data, including your credit card details. Pure waste of time. AVOID!

The ticket price has increased by US$ 45.00
The current price is US$ 324.09
The airline has changed the price while you are filling in the form.
