Its seems to be a scam. Incorrect contact details, charges for insurance i removed as I don't need it. Send dodgy invoice for one flight and not the other. Stay away form this site

Just 15 minutes ago, I had a terrible experience with Lucky2go. I was redirected from Ticket Generator to Lucky2go and completed my ticket purchase on their platform. I kept checking the ticket price and refused all additional services to ensure the price would be the same as initially mentioned. I also checked the price on the official airline's website, which was higher. So, I continued with Lucky2go. After entering my card details, I double-checked the amount and pressed PAY. To my surprise, my credit card was charged double the amount! I quickly checked my email and saw that they had added agency fees. It’s unbelievable!
I contacted their helpline, send a message to a form on website, but they told me they can do nothing. Helpline is helpless. I have never experienced such deceit and cheating before!!!!My recommendation: never use Lucky2go. Be extremely careful! worst experience I had!
IM SURE LEGAL authority must review the way app is working and purchase mechanism, because if you choose PAY you agree with an amount you see as a final to pay. if you deducted additional fees without approving it it's absolutely illegal!
and their response to all comments same as mine is not helpful.
I agree that agencies must have fees, any amount they want, but take money from my pocket in honest way and inform me as a customer in advance!

Lucky2Go deceives users by putting a false price in Google flights and other websites, and then lies that the price has changed from the airline.
This is false, the airline always had the higher price, Lucky2Go just wanted you to get tired of putting in information and just continue.

Ticket was received after waiting in line to check in
Only giving 2 stars because the support people called me back within an hour of emailing them. Smells like very shady operation, not sure how they make money. Would not use again unless a huge savings or you like waiting in line

I feel bad for everyone who has had a negative experience! I picked lucky2go because it was $10 cheaper than the regular airline option and have no complaints. They sent me verification same day and I got my confirmation code so I was able to check in for my flight online.

I read the reviews here and was very concerned that I had just been scammed. I called up Lucky2go and the man on the line was actually very helpful and provided me access to manage my booking through the airline company itself. Overall I have maybe saved about £5 so you can decide whether or not it is worth the hassle. It seems a lot of the issues come from potential flight changes, and whilst this is a concern for me as I am yet to have my flight, so far they have been good.

I booked a ticket and made the payment. The platform said it is in process. After a few hours it says the booking has been cancelled. Now there is no response and I am still waiting for a refund.

Bought ticket and second charge appeared on my credit card with Lucky2Go’s hidden transaction fee. Very underhanded way to do business. Avoid Lucky2Go.

They lied and said the airline would not refund me even though I spoke to several airline spokespeople that said they were able to refund as long as lucky2go did it on their end. They failed to do it within the 24 hour window and took their time getting back to me. I could not reach any customer service agent who actually knew what they were talking about. I am a college student and just lost a good amount of money and am very frustrated. I really tried my best to get the refund and had the actual airline telling me I was doing everything right. This service is NOT reliable or respectful do not use them. I thought they would be legit but they are not. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Terrible customer experience. Website shows prices much cheaper then other and when you spend your time and fill all the fields, choose all the options and confirm, they say that the price is higher (similar to other websites). It's just cheating. They hope that a person tired of filling out all the data will buy a more expensive ticket.
