I'm a UK based player and have not had any issues with Lucky pays..
plenty of bonuses and decent win rates on the machines..
Sometimes take 3 to 5 days to cash out your withdrawal but have always received it..

So, I used my 15 daily free spins and won about 36 Euro's, The wagering requirement before being able to withdraw any funds is 100 times which is 3600 Euro's and you can only do a max spin of 5 Euro's whilst fulfilling this wagering requirement. So I spun for several hours winning and losing but still keeping the bonus going, I managed to win quite a bit & got to over 1000 euros at one point but still couldn't take anything out as I had to fulfill the wagering requirement of 3600 euro's. I started doing the maximum 5 euro's per spin to fulfill the wagering requirements until I finally made it. I had 900 euros I could withdraw so I withdrew 800 & kept 100 to play. My winnings sat in pending for a few days & then POW! They took it all away stating that I exceeded their maximum bet of 5 euro's during this time of wagering which I know I didn't. So I lost all 800 Euro's completely, They have massive wagering requirements & still want to rob you if you complete them. These are scammers & I DO NOT Recommend anybody uses them. UPDATE. I Spoke to 4 different advisors in their live chat & got shut off every time & They have closed my account without warning after my complaint. This shows even more that they are scammers

Won 345 euros took that long with accepting withdrawal ended up putting it all back in! Stay away! Bonuses are absolutely shocking aswell

Same argument as most, waiting a stupid time for my withdrawal to be processed, tried to speak to someone but just kept getting cut off, so have decided to close my account, shame really because at one time I enjoyed playing there, maybe they’re short of money.

Unbelievable experience, I have been waiting four days for a withdrawal constantly being told it’s processing and the dedicated team is working on it. My account has been verified I sent all the relevant information emailed customer services a total of 15 times with no response. I should have read all the reviews first I read them after stupidly. Honestly the way they treat customers be careful. Spoke to a total of 18 agents spilling the same rehearsed speech. Will provide more details as it unfolds but after gambling 4k in pounds won 3200 euros which they are refusing to pay hiding behind the word it’s processing.

And here we are again. After taking insanely long on my previous withdrawal, the same is happening for my second one. While the first one I did receive after a couple of days, the current one has passed 3 days without any sight of it being processed. Customer support tells me to keep waiting and be patient and that they can't give me any timeframe. Their T&C state it is processed within 24 hours, but they don't care about that and probably hope you will cancel it and lose it. Hope this review can force them to pay out,but I'm very sceptical at this point. Might change the review if I do receive the withdrawal within the next day.

I don't recommend this casino site. As long as you lose money it's ok. Then I decided to tell them to close my account. They didn't want to do it at first. Then they let me deposit money again so I could play, I won and then surprise they closed my account and didn't even send back my money .Don,t want to answer to my email. They are charlatans. Pls read coments before playing this site they are scammers I have reported them when I did win and wagered they let me process my win and after 3 days they decided I haven’t waged enough and stopped my withdrawal and blocked me from site so now I cannot get in touch they need to be struck off

Was very worried that I wasn’t going to get my withdrawal after reading the reviews but this morning it went into my bank account (uk player) started the withdrawal process in monday around mid-day so didn’t have to wait to long. I do personally think it’s hard to bonus on the slots but I did get lucky on King Kong ended up winning £1k from a £2 spin!!
