Was playing on luckywave and made a couple of deposits, all went well, then i win 3k+ and try to withdraw, I can't login anymore and it says my account is disabled. Didn't receive an email or anything with a reason or a way to fix it. Can't talk to live support because you have to login for that, and no response to my emails yet. Very shady.

Horrible experience. DO NOT USE. I had a decent run on one of the games. Guess what, suddenly a few tweaks appear in the game and winning becomes impossible. The tweaks started after I had a couple of decent wins. And is definitely not a coincidence . You could tell from the new "features" that appeared. Since then , it is impossible, to win. This game defies probability now. After every win, a few tens or even hundred of losing hands. This is the perfect way to makes sure no one wins , ever. Just another bunch of scammers . DO NOT USE

Terrible casino, I asked them multiple times to close my account due to having bipolar and going through episodes of impulsive spending, they never did close my account and now I've lost loads of money when I hit the impulsive episode. Communication is terrible with this casino, and I am planning on taking this further than the casino. It is wrong if someone wants to close there account to protect themselves the casino have a duty of care to do that!

Stay away at all costs. I have spent a week trying and failing to self exclude and close my account. I have I formed this site several times I have a gambling issue and they will not close my account. They just put a bonus on my account (despite me saying no thank you) then say they can’t close the account with an active balance. They then ask for “selfies with the date of closure request written on a piece of paper” they then ignore the email until the next day where they then advise that they can not close the account because they need a selfie with the date of closure request on the same day. They do not care how venerable you are. They do everything to stop you self excluding. Very very dangerous for vulnerable gamblers because even if you take a step to help yourself they will do everything to make sure you can not leave

On December 3rd, I deposited €200, and my account balance was €4,400. I requested a withdrawal of this amount, but the money was transferred back into my account. I then contacted your support chat, where I was asked to provide a bank statement. I submitted it, and it was approved by your colleague.
When I requested the €4,400 withdrawal again and checked my account today, I noticed that only €200 remained. The €4,200 has been removed from my balance without any explanation. This is extremely concerning.
When I contacted your support chat again, I was told that I supposedly have two accounts. This is absolutely not true. I have only one account, and I can provide proof of this.
I urgently request that you transfer the missing €4,200 back to me as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to seek legal advice and involve a lawyer, who will be able to demonstrate that I do not have a second account.
I hope you will resolve this matter quickly and correctly.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Avoid at all cost they will try everything to stop payouts.
Give all documents they keep requesting more. Then threaten to take your funds and close your account when asking for statements that can't be got!

put £10 in, only did 20 pence bets, every game is rigged, lost 8x on coin flip? even tho i went tails 8x? whats the chances, when i play chicken rush in demo i pass so many roads, but with real money die on the first or second road every time, same with crash, never goes above 1.7x multiplier when i play, all the games are a scam, dont spend a penny, much better off playing stake, put a 30 deposit in and made 120 back in like 40 mins lol. THIS WEBSITE IS A RIP OFF.

Scam company, won money months ago and still not received my money, had every excuse under the sun promised it will clear after 7 working days on 4 occasions now and each time they’ve come back asking for more details which is delay tactics to not paying it, they’ve had every bit of information off me
Since week 1 and refuse to take a call or escalate the issue, do not signup to this company, I’ve instructed my legal team to take action against them this morning
