Very bad experience . This is my first time to order online in Lulu but never again . They will tell you within 3-5 days but unfortunately i'm waiting 14 days exactly from the date i ordered . They will promise you tomorrow, then tomorrow then tomorrow . Never ending tomorrow . So better think twice before ordering in this site . Never recommend Lulu Hypermarket online Abu dhabi . It's a big 👎 . Much better in carrefour and other sites , they are accomodating . In whatsapp of Lulu, the customer service will answer you same like a copy paste . "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused! We really understand your concern Sir!, Please be informed that we have escalated this issue from our end to the relevant team as well!". They are not doing any action and will just give you a false assurance of delivery like this, "Dear Customer, kindly note that as per back end the order will be delivered to you by tomorrow.". It's a big regret waiting for nothing . 😔
Lulu online store - NO commitment, NO credibility.
I made online order via the lulu website, It supposes to be delivered within 3-5 days from the order date however this was not happening regardless the several communication via Whatsapp and confirming it will be delivered the next day but all in vain,
customer service agents on Whatsapp are not trained to communicate with customers in proper understandable language.
They are in no way comparable to other providers ie. Amazon or Carrefour
this is my first and last order through Lulu online.

Very poor delivery service. They will promise they will deliver on the next day or other day but dont expect. And if you are calling the customer care they will tell u its on the way. I took leave and waited one full day but finally at 6.30pm they told sorry. And the product is out of stock. They will give u a mobile number after 10-15 to call and will tell u its delivery persons number but they are lying its their number only and the same phone no one will answer.

Today I had in Lulu Barsha. I was suppose to purchase few items from Roastery section, and waited there for half an hour. Little crowd was there even though they could give me a reasonable customer service. But in fact they were treating all the customers like beggers...
I never have seen such a behavior from any of the Hypermarkets. I cancelled all my purchase and left the shop.
I really admire its chairman Mr. Yousaf ali.

They don’t pay their suppliers and the suppliers in turn deliver sub standard product to the customers. The nightmare starts endless calls , useless staff. In all a f... all experience. Lulu Hypermarket is NOTthe place to shop online
I placed an online order that was delivered the next day as suggested. However, the order was missing two items worth about AED 30. The fruits and vegetables were substandard and the quantity of couple of them were half of what I ordered and paid for. They issued me a ticket indicating someone would follow up in 12-24 hours. That was five days ago. No one did. I called their 600 number and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes until I had to hang up because of the repeated message that they deliberately play. My advise do not bother ordering online. The concept and its proper implementation are new to them.

Appalling customer service - no exchange or refund
Bought a Hisense 75Q8700UWG TV from Lulu Al Falah Plaza for 5,000AED which was sent for repairs twice in 4 months.
They eventually agreed for an exchange for a new TV but the model was discontinued (it was newly released and surprisingly discontinued and replaced with an updated 75U8QF model, probably because the previous model was crap!).
I requested have been waiting for the past 2 weeks for a (1) replacement with either models, i.e. 75Q8700 or 75U8QF or (2) a refund to my credit card, or (3) a refund via Lulu credit notes.
I have paid 5,000AED and have no TV or refund.
Appalling customer service - next time, will support Amazon.
Tough luck with refunds or replacement (They take your money, refuse to replace or refund, want you to deal with their supplier directly, and don't want to resolve problems).
Still waiting for resolution - went to the store last weekend, and will go to the store again next week to follow up. Bunch of crooks.

Very poor service. Purchased a refrigerator from Lulu bur dubai , brand super general and exactly in 40 days got spoilt. Under warranty for a year. Now when we call customer care they say that we need to pay for spare parts if spoilt. In a months time how can spare parts get spoilt unless we were given a defective piece. Lulu very very poor service. Wish I had read the reviews earlier . I would not have purchased any electronic items from Lulu. Lulu needs to keep a track of their suppliers.
