Lulu offers are mostly worst offers and their Lulu brnad products are very bad. Offers eggs also very bad and some products are near expiry. comparatively other supermarkets and prices also high. if they continue like this they will lose all business. spacious stores only plus for lulu. So families will go there.

worst service in Dubai, to fulfill the order they take 4-8days and their customer service can't do anything even you want to cancel the order they don't have authorization. Just funny how they handle e-commerce business, will never buy from them again. They should learn from Amazon.
Bad Electronic items warranty
I bought a laptop from lulu centre and there was no audio software installed from the start.I called expert technician but he also failed and said no software at all in your laptop,lulu have to replace because this is new computer.
When I visited the customer services, they said we need 14 days minimum to repair but will not replace. when I bought from carrefour, they said if any issue in the first 15 days will replace with new one.A very bad experience

The worst shopping experience ever
The worst shopping experience ever. Never shop through their app. I had missing items and broken items and open and used bottle lids. Ordered eggs and all 12 eggs were broken and leaked out on to other items. The call centre staff is of no help. I spent all day and made a 100 calls in order to get my refund and to get the eggs Replaced but dont think they understand anything. I guess I will have to visit them in person to sort out the mess they created.

Hello all, my order online was terrible... First 2 times not successful since delivery schedule no slot.. Then finally ordered.. Some items not available, some not given as mention in image. Fruit and Vegetables not in good condition half of them we had to throw... This is not an major complaint but customer need to be treated as its unfortunate need.

Ordering – As their website is pretty old, only 7 days can be ordered in advance. Its takes atleast 7 days to put in your order. And another 5 days for the delivery.
And again no delivery on time even after the payment. No text messages advising of the delay. It’s a joke scheduling as per their delivery date. We don’t receive an order confirmation, no receipt etc. And they have a delivery charge which no other supermarkets in UAE has.
And when you call the customer service, they will apologise. Once apologised, everything is back to normal.
They are aware that even if one or two customers complains they will survive with the others. This must be happening to other Lulu customers but they don’t retaliate.

No order confirmation, no receipt, no order to be found in the previous orders section.
Payment however deducted on my card.
OK, lets call customer service then.
2x 40 minuttes waiting in line, and still did not manage to reach them.
Tried facebook chat as well, no response.
Tried email, no response.
payment deducted 31 st march, at 19.01 local time, amount 213.20
I would like you to pay me my money back.
Terrible Online expereince and terrible helpdesk
Their app doesn't let you fill out the devilry address therefore making it useless. I found this out after spending 30 minutes trying to order 40 items - SO FRUSTRATING.
I called their help desk (Jabba) who didn't acknowledge it as a major issue and directed me to the website (not very helpful!)
I ordered on thier website - it shows a delivery slot free so again proceed to repeat the order of 40 items - but when I click to pay, the it shows that the delivery slot (still showing as available) is NOT available. Terrible online experience and worse helpdesk experience.
