Easy to return the product and fast payback.
Only one bad new : package was too big for many collect points and it is not easy at all to find the right place that accept to take it. I had to complain to Luminaire.fr and they found the place for me to return my light.
Everything is ok now !

Top prices and bottom service. You made me buy saying 10 BD days delivery and I had to argue with customer service to have at least 1 of the 2 items shipped after 1 month. The other one is still delayed, I requested a refund and still have heard nothing. Will never buy again from this website and will share my experience with family and friends

Damaged lights, delays to get new ones very lomng
I have ordered 3 lights. One of them was damaged. In order to replace it you first need to send it back, wait 14 days for them to review it and then ship you the new one. i will update my review accordingly after they exchange damaged light.

Excellent experience. I contacted the customer service because I wanted the articles as soon as possible but one of the items was not available immediately, so the person separated the articles and sent the lampshades very very quickly. I was very pleased to receive them in time. There is a large choice on the website of very good products at very reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this website.

Had items in stock, website works well, delivery was easy. Just didnt' have the longer length tracking I would have chosen and does not cut track to the lengths before sending.
