Excellent customer service when I came to cancel my subscription

When purchasing this product, I didn’t realize that I was signed up for a subscription. Fortunately Lumineorganics sent an email in advance of the next shipment. I did not want to continue my subscription, and their confirmation of my response was handled quickly and politely. I was not charged, and that was my main concern.

My experience is with this company. Unfortunately I can not rate the product at this time. I ordered 3 bottles of the oil and it never got delivered. However the customer service was great and they gave me a full refund.

My experience is with customer service and it was quick and they solved my problem. Even emailed the next day to confirm I was satisfied. A++

This company is very understanding of peoples circumstances. You can order their product with being tied into a contract. Customer service is excellant. Its early days yet for me to find any improvement but i will continue using the product and will give an honest update within the next month or so. Thank you again

I signed up into a subscription model without clear notice.…
I wasn’t impressed that I was signed up for a subscription. I did get a Subscription Cancelled email telling me that it was cancelled but 3 more have arrived mint taken from my account, still trying to stop this looks like I’m going to have to cancel my bank account and start again with another bank … grrr

Fast response always, cancelled my subscribtion straight away because I ordered 3 bottles and didnt need it every month. But we can cancel it or pause it ourselves.

I have been very impressed with the Lumine product AGED GARLIC EXTRACT - I think it made a difference on my recent blood work and I will continue with this company. The customer service is very timely & helpful.

Cancelled my subscription in July. Blocked payment with my bank but Lumine continued to process another order in August and used a different merchant code to charge so it bypassed my block request with bank. Oh and now saying I have to pay for product I had cancelled. Reported to bank. Beware!

Merchant sent email assuring me they manufactured product in China at an "Our product is shipped directly from our FDA-approved factory that we work with in China". Product arrived and I immediately contacted them when I saw label showed Chinese GMP and some vague third party testing label and no mention of FDA approved manufacturing site. They gave me a bogus address of a Minneapolis apartment complex to return product. I verified with the owner of the building they were not an authorized return location. When I notified Lumine that this was a scam address. They went silent and are not answering my emails.

Charged credit card quickly. Have been waiting since June for delivery. July 7th they said they were delivered. Nothing was delivered. Gwen said they would send new shipment. Verified address and then sent me tracking number. The tracking number never worked. August 8th was informed package was undeliverable. Confirmed address again and informed they would be shipped out again. I received another tracking number, no info available.

I really like the product I have been taking sadly at the moment I can’t afford the outlay … I emailed the company and the lady that emailed back within i must say 10 mins was so kind and understanding … so thank you so much …

Haven't given the product enough time to review but the customer service is brilliant. I had a slight issue with my payment so had to email them. They replied within minutes and sorted the problem out.

They were so SO quick and helpful in replacing my order. I ordered postnatal and accidentally recieved the prenatals, sent them an email and a representative responded, I'm pretty sure, within the hour. Within the week I recieved the correct order. I haven't been taking the pills long enough to necesssarily say they work, but their customer service was so good. Accidents happen, and they handled it amazingly.
