I reached out to ask when my item would be delivered. They came back to me with an estimated date of delivery their response was almost instant and very polite. Their customer service seems to be on point I hope that my item is delivered in their expected time frame.

Great customer service but so far the product has made no difference to me. Hopefully only because it is early days.

I will need to write another review when I see how well this product works to remove facial hair. I bought 2 bottles recently so not fair to write about my experience. I will say their customer service is excellent. I sent an email and got a response the same day. So hope this product works as well as I hope. Christine

On ordering a product I somehow ended up with a monthly subscription. I immediately asked for it to be cancelled and within 20 minutes I received notification that my subscription had been cancelled. So good on you!

Reported problem one day, it was sorted the next day, very prompt, professional service.

I’ve taken this product Lumineorganic magnesium for 2 months now. I notice I am sleeping better. It’s a bit pricey for me cause I have to take other supplements. It’s easy to swallow.

I ordered 3 bottles of Lumine Organics and I still have not received my order and it’s been over a month. I have sent several emails and been told someone will follow up but still have not heard back. They will not provide me with the couriers number so I can contact them. They made 2 attempts at delivery which is strange because we get deliveries to the address provided all day every day. Terrible customer service. BEWARE.

This company is appalling! I have placed an order twice and both times had my order cancelled. Still no explanation as to why even when I have emailed multiple times and still no response! Don't waste your time or your money. Very disappointing.

I do find that these strips do actually work. I only use them once a month as my dentist recommended. As I was using them too frequently prior to seeing my dentist I ended up with too many. I cancelled my subscription and it was dealt with very rapidly. I shall order again when necessary.
