I bought the product, it began to work, but after several months, the unit stopped charging and turning on. I attempted to write about a replacement, but they simply ignored the emails. The item was sold in the EU online, and they simply broke the warranty laws for selling here. They don't care. Buy elsewhere. Scammers

Absolute scam! Do not buy
They advertise rose quartz top to sell castor oil from apparently an iriah company and it comes in a plastic top from China!!! Would not recommend

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Complete false advertising and horrible customer care. The applicator brush comes as a minuet little thing, even too small to use on your face AND the cream comes in a disgusting cream/beige. ALSO the email responses seem extremely AI
Delivery was also extremely delayed.

Very poor , avoid , I was waiting for my order for months, the “free” brush never came and what I did get was not what was advertised and brand /packaging is completely different. I ordered from what I was lead to believe was an Irish company and it couldn’t be further from the truth.

SCAM

False advertising, pretending to be an Irish company. The Luminova cream took weeks to arrive form China and the tube inside the carton had a different name on it. A white cream that would not suit any skin colour, you'd have to be a ghost !
Despite several emails over a couple of months they're still refusing a refund and saying
"We’re currently transitioning to new packaging, which may look a little different from what’s shown on the website, but it’s the same product "

Took ages to arrive. The product is shit! Awful looked I had put sudoacrem all over my legs

Comes with two free massagers and a 90-day trial. Used daily, and at the end of two months my hair looks fuller. When a light-mode glitch appeared, they patched it with a firmware update.

This is an absolute scam...it looks like the company is based in US with an irish address and an Irish ad to scam the Irish.

The Luminova cream eventually arrived after a number of emails. The cream I received is a pale milky white and does not cover any flaws on the skin. The perfect cream ordered on Temu and shipped with the name Eelhoe...3 euros of Temu. They charged me 40 euros for 3 tubes.

When I asked could I go to their address based in Dublin 15. this was the reply.

Ordered over 10 days ago with no indication of shipping, web site stated usually takes 3-4 days to ship via Australia post, needed it for an event and when I reached out was told I can’t get a refund or cancel the order (which hadn’t even been processed ) because it was part of a “flash” sale. Very shady, avoid.

Nothing went wrong just avoid this company. They are far from Irish. You Order one thing you’re sent another whatever they decide . to put in your package. Just avoid my only advice.. ☘️

Only gave one star because no other choice. Absolute scam. Emailing for the last 4 months and they keep telling me that it is in transit. Refuse to reimburse me. I stupidly did not read reviews before I purchased. Avoid them at all costs. Money down the drain. Scammers

Red light cap was working with noticeable fuzzy regrowth but then after 3 months the cap stopped charging and working.
I contacted Luminova and you’d think a new cap would be dispatched, but no, not this mob.
The customer service couldn’t have been worse, getting me to provide videos of the same thing again and again and appearing to just drag the process out without assisting, eventually I just stopped and moved on to one of their competitors,

I ordered my products on 16th July. Still haven't received them. The tracking says they couldn't deliver but address is correct. Have emailed loads of times. Asked for refund. Nothing!

Absolute and complete scam. Probably most of the positive reviews are paid ones. Trust me, the device arrived but after months of use, I can promise you there's zero effects

READ the trust pilot reviews before you buy anything on social media is my lesson... different products arrived then what was ordered. Obviously a scam going on all the trust pilot reviews. Waste of 40e

My package never arrived. The tracker showed it making its way to me and then suddenly it was on the way back to China. 60+ days and it still hasn't arrived. Because it is still technically in transit back to them the company are refusing to refund me the full price. Even though I never received it! They are suggesting a refund of 25% after weeks of mw emailing them. Do not buy anything from this company. Its a scam.

Total scam... it's not Irish, you won't get what you ordered, and when you try to sort it out, it'll all become clear you're on your own.

Very poor. Do not buy from this crowd. Firstly it took a month to arrive. Then there was no brush with it. The brush was advertised as free with the product. When I enquired they said you had to order it even though it was advertised as free with the product. I tried to order it and it costs you 4’99 it’s not free. Scammers. Avoid

The customer service is fantastic. After a few weeks my hat stopped charging and the team sent me a new one out. Still early days for hair progress but I have noticed thicker hair.

It’s a slow process but I think it is working!

BE WARNED !!! Do not waste your money buying this misleading product that is a total scam and false advertising. I ordered 3 creams and an applicator which eventually arrived from China. Product name was EELHOE and not LUMINOVA. After a total of 16 frustrating email exchanges back and forth with an AI Bot called Arianne I decided to cut my loss of 41 Euro and put the product in the bin.
