Emailed they replied 2 times and still no products. Asked for a refund but won't give one until I receive my products. Have tracking number but not registered

Dreadful experience. Items arrived eventually and not as advertised. I requested a refund and return address. Address provided is American. Post Office refused to take package as liquids are prohibited items. Advertisement and website purport to be Irish but definitely not
I have reported them to Advertising Standards Authority.

I ordered creams and a free applicator on the 26th August. I have not received the said item and when I try to track my order it says it is not recognised.
I would appreciate it if you would follow this up or I will take further action against your company.

Chinese company posing as Irish. Arrived three weeks after I ordered it. Thought it was a scam but it was just getting shipped from china. Product is really poor quality. Wouldn't put it on my skin

I ordered a product that was to cover imperfections on the body. It was shockingly bad. It looked like a pale ointment and went straight in the bin. It’s not an Irish product as advertised , some Chinese import. Waste of money

Item ordered 14th August / followed up countless times for shipping update they couldn’t give me update or refund- they now tell me that my item is posted when I demanded a refund - still no sign of delivery and unable to track/ stay clear & DONT ORDER from them

Well ordered a tanning product from them how stupid was I looked heat ahhhhhh rotten company as it was to be sent 2-4 working days, its now 2 weeks

Absolute sham of a company won’t refund as the item has to be returned but then say it hasn’t left the distribution centre.Orderd on the 7th of August still not received I really have no idea who gives this company star if I could it would be zero stars

Would rate zero if possible. This is a scam. Ordered a cream that is supposed to give you a bronze glow. Received some pasty white chalky cream that is truly awful. Wont give me a refund unless i return at my own expense to US. Product came from China. They are still advertising on social media!! Avoid avoid avoid.

It’s a SCAM got some shit called Eelhoe, disgusting cream didn’t do what it said it would, letting on it’s an Irish company, raging I fell for it. Please don’t order this muck

I received my order today. It is very pale and the coverage isn’t good.
I won’t be recommending it to anyone. It’s very disappointing

I'd rate it zero if I could! The product that arrives is called Eelhoe! It's a disgusting pasty product that smells absolutely awful. It transfers no matter how long you let it dry. This isn't an Irish product, it arrives from China and no matter how many times I've asked for the registered Irish business address, the only address they supply is in Florida. Forget the "Irish Mammy and pale winter skin" this isn't an Irish company and the product definitely isn't as advertised...
The only way the company will offer a full refund is if I post it back to an address in Florida!
Avoid like the plague is my best advice.

This company are rip off, this is a scam, don't buy anything from these, what comes inside the Luminova box is a totally different product available on Temu for about €3. How is this aloud to happen, don't don't don't buy it's a total scam.

I completely agree with other very negative reviews, product completely different to.that advertised, tubes don't even indicate the different tones of each of the three tubes, brush very small. Order tracking never worked, email responses made out delays in delivering, 20 days deluvery time from order. Very patronising reassurance given with no real detsils. Im now requesting immediate return and refund, told they will facilitate but we shall see. Avoid at all costs. Very cynical misleading advertising and marketing. Cant find any record of this company being irish started and owned as I have been told in emails from them.

The products took so long yo get here seems like they came from China (temu style packaging). Products not as described. Very disappointed I would NOT recommend. Also they do not cover any veins at all!

Do not trust this company - they appear to be disguised as an Irish produced brand but clearly this is not the case. They advertise that products will be shipped within 1-2 business days but I am still waiting to receive my order that I placed on 9 Aug. Tracking number does not work and although someone from the company responded quickly to my e-mail about my order, they could only offer that the couriers may have delayed delivery but could not say which courier! Avoid wasting your money!

Absolutely raging with myself I fell for the scam. Litterally waiting months for this to arrive and id rather it not have arrived at all, and part with the money knowing better the next time, than what arrived. We need to be careful with videos and voice overs as mostly everything is not as it appears. I am so annoyed I fell for this. Avoid, avoid, avoid.....

Complete scam. As others have said the product is packaged as Eelhoe not Luminova. Goes on chalky white & has a mild bleaching effect! Made in China so who knows what’s in this product! Zero stars if I could place this review with no stars! AVOID as there is no refund available!

It's a scam I cant believe I fell for it. The product cones from China. Its not Irish. Its not as advertised. Don't fall for it.

Completely different product to what was advertised. When I contacted company they were fast to reply but have tried to say I received the correct product just different packaging. It's called something different also!!!! When I went back to website I could clearly see the product I ordered and the product I received, different!!! Completely waste of money and time. I'm highly disgusted
