Not serious and sloppy
After the acceptance of the offer, the salesman never picked up the phone again or replied to any of my messages. Installation workers were messy, used materials from me and never returned, left a mess on the terrace and driveway and left.

Luminus avoid!!!
Luminus has a horrible customer service department. Problems do not get solved. December last year I received a review of an electricity invoice from a year before. They cancelled the original invoice which looked totally legit. And replaced this with a new invoice that was 3 times more. I was unable to reconcile the number so I called the customer service department. They agreed that there was something not right since the numbers did not add up. 3 months later they have not resolved or communicated anything. They keep sending reminders for payment and via the bank stole money. I do not have a facebook account. Don’t understand why the usual customer service channels don’t work
