I purchased a floor lamp and it arrived…

I purchased a floor lamp and it arrived incomplete, the lampshade was missing. However, I paid the full price. I reported this to the company's representatives in Romania, but so far I have not received a written response and my complaint has not been resolved.

A little bit slow, a little bit hurried...

I haven't received the ordered stuff yet and you ask me to rate the experience. This is outrageous.

Edit: the package arrived the next day after I published the review. Good stuff, nice , very safe packing.

I received only one product - I paid for 5

I received only one product, but I paid for 5. I'ved contacted the call center - no solution, send email... no response.The other products are lost or are still at your depo. But They appear delivered to me, and I was only one parcel... one box, with only one product in it. Also, the weight on the package is not the weight of all the 5 product. Short, I paid for 5 products a lot of money and only received one product

It was packed well

It was packed well, the item is nice, but the description on your site is not exact.
You cannot say if the light is warm or cold, only the 3 levels of brightness mentioned.
Would have been great to mention also kelvin measure.
