Absolutely disgusting customer service they promised to change my item as it was right and told me the correct item was being sent which it never has been.I keep messaging them and getting no where.The replies are sorry its took so long we are looking into this for you and then never do anything so am stuck with the wrong item and they will not refund

Absolute scam of a company!!
Order took ages to arrive as comes from China which is not advertised. Cheap tacky material and nothing like in the pictures!
Have been asking for returns information for 2 weeks and have been completely ignored and they have now changed their company name.

Wish I had the sense to search reviews before purchasing

Scam. Cancelled item immediately and used PayPal for a refund. Company confirmed cancellation via email.
5 weeks later company email to say sorry item was delayed, is now on its way, and can I cancel the charge back! Absolute joke and needs shutting down and banning.

Absolute scam !!!!! Avoid at all costs !! Shocking quality , false advertising !! The item looks nothing like the beautiful clothes advertised . Really so unhappy and so annoyed that I didn't read the reviews 1st as it appears everyone is feeling the same ! This company does not exist and the items are sent from China so takes ages to come !!! Reading the other reviews it doesn't seem like I will get any money back at all . So fed up !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! It's a scam !!!!!

One star is the only one I could choose it should be minus 5 - purchased an item last November did not arrive until December, quality extremely poor, contacted them and a lady called Diana Smith responded, sent proof of purchase but nothing further heard. Sent several emails to her and today sent to their email on their web site that has been returned as ‘e mail does not exist’. Stuck with and item I do not want, not even good enough to donate to a charity shop. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have purchased a pair of Verity Boots in December, i have waited for them about 3 weeks and when they have arrived they looked nothing like the picture.
I have contacted them and someone Diana responded and said she will send me the returns address and never heard from the numerous emails I have written to them.
I am stuck with an item that is no use for me at all.
This is a BIG SCAM!!!

I have raised a dispute with credit card and will contact trading standards. Very poor quality and then silence when you try to contact them. Avoid at all costs

Absolute scam of a company. Sent me the wrong size and the quality is the poorest I’ve ever come across. After numerous emails I can’t get a refund. I am raising this with the trading standards as clearly there are operating unlawfully. I think everyone who has been scammed need to do the same

This company is a scam ! My order arrived after 3weeks and was too late for my holiday - little did I know it was being sent from China ! Images looked great but actual quality is very poor. So I returned my 2 items at great expense and have been waiting nearly 4 months for my money back ! My parcel arrived back through my door yesterday so there is no chance of ever receiving my money back now ! My advice is Do Not Buy !

I really wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 jumpers and a jacket/coat. The order took 5 weeks to be received and then I realised the items had come from China. I have emailed a couple of times asking to return the items as they were received too late. I still have had no response from Diana.
Disappointed to say the least!

This company is a scam as all the other people say, I tried to return items and then never refunded me. What a terrible waste of money.

Never using this company again, just discovered it's based in China, not London.
Bought a shirt, didn't like the colour, so wanted a refund, but I had to pay for the return. I therefore opted for a 10% credit of the order, but kept the item.
I did get the 10% credit.
However will not use this site again.

Shocking a total scam - the items are poor quality - I expected linen and received pillow case quality - I sent the items back to China (looked like someone’s personal home address), and cost a fortune, and after 3 months they came back to me as ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’ - it cost a fortune - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND - this place is a total scam

Bought a dress for holiday in July 2024. The quality was awful - flimsy and poorly sewn. I sent it back to China in July via recorded delivery £12 (company has no association with London!) only to receive no refund and then the dress returned to me today after crisscrossing the world. The message on the front from the Chinese postal service says 'refused' and 'unclaimed'. This is an absolute scam. Do not buy from this online store. You will lose your money! Would give them zero stars if that was an option!
