Very poor service and quality. Dress is horrible, material is disgusting and no way like the video. Total scam. Do not buy.

Not even worth 1 star . Tried to cancel within minutes as I didn’t read the reviews . Was told it was already dispatched strangely it took 3 weeks to arrive . Quality is poor and doesn’t look the same colours as the instagram advert . Best to avoid especially for the price

Do not touch this company. Goods come from China and through London, therefore take weeks. The goods are copies of the pictures depicted. All returns must be arranged and paid for yourself... to China.

I’m trying to return something that I received. I emailed immediately on delivery and they ignored it, I’m emailing again and they finally reply and say no it’s outside 14 days. The quality of the items received is ridiculously poor. You couldn’t possibly wear them, they look like they’ve been made by a gcse first year student!

I wish I had these reviews. This company is a sham. The clothes are nothing like they look on line. The refund policy is ridiculous - you have to send it back to China and then they only give you 10% ... just nuts. Steer clear of this business at all costs.

Do not give this company an order. Delivery took 1
month to arrive. Umpteen emails telling me goods on their way. Nothing received. After 1 month I collected from post office. 2 items did not fit. Their return policy is terrible - if you order 3 items they will not refund.

DO NOT BUY. Nasty cheap Chinese goods - difficult to return anything . Photographs do not represent the goods sent and then they are awkward about returns

Avoid this vendor. It’s just a fake shop front for cheap clothes sent direct from China with a terrible returns policy. The item I order was an autumnal burnt orange and the item I received was literally fluorescent orange. Ridiculous. You have to post items back to China at your own cost for a refund. Terrible - I wish I had resisted that impulse purchase!

Stole money. Added an item I DIDNT order and charged me.
Surely this is theft??? Will report to the police as no options left.

This company is a fraud and a scam. The quality of items is awful. They are actually sending everything from China and if you want to return you have to pay to send back to China. It is not a London based designer…
This is against the UK consumer law, they are not labelling their clothes with textile marking which is also a legal requirement. They don’t have a registered address and company in UK, which is also illegal!

Ordered 2 dresses for my holiday didn't come till I returned home. Both dresses too big and such poor quality I need to return but after reading these reviews I don't hold out much hope. I will stop the payment on my credit card if I don't hear anything, I'll keep you updated.

Quick update I returned the items to China by royal mail cost me about £19 signed for, 12 days later still stuck at customs.

Shameful Chinese scam website. Do not buy. Cheap copies of the item pictured. The dress I ordered wasn’t event a good copy. The material was an extremely flammable nylon. I was offered a discount which I have yet to receive.

This seems to me to be a scamming company. I too have reported to trading standards. I purchased a cotton/linen mix dress but the material was off such bad standard of cotton I wanted to send it back and have done at a cost of £18. Of course they don’t expect us to send them back - to China so hope we will just shut up

DO NOT BUY - very poor nylon material, highly flammable, all items are discounted which also means that the maximum refund you will get is 30%. Check the now updated T@C’s even on faulty items. Go elsewhere with tried and trusted UK based companies

Absolute sham....took 4 weeks to deliver from China. Tried to return and they refused as it was sale items. Everything on their site is reduced in price so they cover every single item. Absolutely disgusting.

Terribly quality clothing, extremely slow delivery time, and no refunds given on sale items, which essentially means no refunds as the majority (if not all) of their clothes appear to be on sale. Instead of a full refund, they offered a 15% refund which I was obviously unhappy about.

The material is cheap not like the photographs on the website. Complete ripoff and would not give me a refund when I complained
