This company is a fake and a fraud. Do not buy from Luna London Stores. They products are copies of high quality pieces made in cheap material direct from China. You will be unable to return any unwanted goods unless you post to China.

Absolutely shocking jumper arrived 3 weeks after purchase. Such bad quality. Wanted to get refund so sent email. Got one back quickly but it said I needed to pay for return myself and it was to warehouse china. Do not buy a thing from this company. Huge scam.

I paid for a bag and delivery long ago, didn't receive a receipt for the payment and didn't receive the bag.
Before payment they answered my questions quickly, after payment they don't answer me.
I'm afraid it's a fraud and don't know what to do in order to receive back my payment.
Does anyone have an idea for me?

These people are scammers!
Clothing is absolutely awful, avoid at all costs. They won’t answer my emails so unable to get a refund of my hard earned money.
The items I bought look nothing like the advertised clothes. They are cheap nasty and badly made.
Save your time and money! AVOID.

As with the other reviews avoid this company at all costs. Item came from China, looked nothing like the online version and was terrible terrible quality. I could have sewn something better and I am terrible at sewing. I tried to return and the cost to do so was nearly as much as the item. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I wish I’d read this before I ordered. Took 6 weeks to arrive and when they did, the material was awful. Expensive mistake. They’ll never be worn. Avoid!!

This company are misrepresenting the garments they are selling by showing images of clothes that look nothing like the ones the customer actually receives.
You think you are buying well-made, well fitting clothes, with excellent fabric choices and finishes when in reality you get something that looks the total opposite of that. I’m currently in the process of seeking advice from my lawyer to try and get back the money they have stolen from me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not purchase anything from this company, and tell all your friends and relatives about them incase they fall into the same trap.

Warning Total Scam, poor quality clothing and business practices, how they can operate legitimately in the UK is shocking. Trying to get a refund and any detail on who actually runs this company is challenging. Hopefully others who see this review dont make the same mistake. Following up with legal options to see what can be done.

Agree with other reviews, i ordered a jacket from Luna "London" which is actually CHINA, a cheap terribly made scruffy rag arrived which resembled nothing like the photo. I wanted to return it and i find out at a cost of £60 which is the same as the item i bought. Emailed the company who said its my fault as i agreed to this when i checked out.

Do a charge back with your bank. I did that and they accidently sent me an email from another scam clothing website when I said never heard of you they emailed again from luna London same message. I’ve told them they are scammers and I won’t engage with their nonsense

For a refund I have to pay to send the item back to china and I highly doubt they will refund me so would be more money lost. This is NOT A UK BASED store. The top I purchased is bad quality, horrible fabric & not anything like the picture. I had no idea it was from China.
To return to china costs a ridiculous amount.

Hilariously BAD replica top sent from China which doesn't even closely resemble the item I purchased for £40 in good faith! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Poor quality products from China which look nothing like their website. Ask to return and you have to pay for return to China. They are called Luna London and registered in Southall.
