Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 608 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently report serious dissatisfaction with the product quality, finding items to be substandard, thin, or having wrong materials mentioned, like polyester described as pure silk. People noted substantial issues with the items not matching online advertisements, including receiving incorrect items or pieces looking quite different from the photos shown. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the refund process was sometimes expedited once returned, with one consumer mentioning a quicker refund after sending an item back. However, some customers were dissatisfied with the return procedures, being told returns must be sent to Canada, often at the consumer's own considerable expense. Moreover, reviewers encountered complications such as having to provide photo evidence for returns or facing unclear policies regarding return shipping costs.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. I thought it was based in London but I was wrong. Returned 4 dresses of poor quality which cost me £35 to post back to Canada!!! 20 e-mails later I have received my refund (short by £4.95-I give up!) Absolutely awful, avoid x

Awful

Awful. Do not order from this company, it is a scam. Poor delivery time, poor quality of products, worse than market stall items, and poor customer service. I am trying to get a refund for an awful product and was told to return it to Canada, which will cost me more and now they are not responding to my emails and I am unable to contact them because the email address for customer services is now invalid. So I have been scammed.

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company - quality is horrible and the product ships from Canada so returns cost more than the value of the goods - there must be fraud here. I just can’t figure out how.

Outrageously poor experience

Outrageously poor experience, ordered two sizes of a bra. They wouldn't accept return because I tried on. The hygiene rule normally applies to bottoms not bras. The description was poor. The second size arrived a lot later. I had to upload multiple photos of unopened packaging to be able to return. Return at own cost to Canada. It's a scam - do not use!

AVOID THIS COMPANT

Do Not use this company. They said delivery was done 2 weeks after order. No delivery received. Endless emails back and forth, I must say they were quick to respond. However they did not resolve the issue. They are unable to give me a timeframe for a refund. They offered a voucher but ….. why would you make a second order? AVOID

AVOID this company

AVOID this company! Have battled for a week via email for a refund on a £60 ring which came in a plastic bag stating the item enclosed is plastic (in italian)! The moonstone had fallen out and was again plastic. Conplete misrepresentation of what i thought i was going to receive as a gift for someone. Very very stressful getting a refund. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Not a Scam but Feels Close

Do not buy from this company if you wish to return an item. Resembling a Chinese scam, the London based company has the item sent from China, then if you are displeased, offers a partial refund and you keep the product or returning it at great expense to Canada. Further more, this whole process is not instantly available when purchasing and is made as difficult as possible while in communication with charming support staff who actually offer no real support at all. Oh yes, and the jeans were horrible.

Confirmed order not received but refused refund. Drop-shipping scam.

My order was not delivered due to damage in transit. Lune "London" (actually Canada, Netherlands & China) refused my request to cancel (I needed the item for my holiday the following week and wouldn't be in the country to accept delivery).
Instead, they insisted on replacing the order without my consent.
This replacement order still hasn't arrived, four weeks later. Lune London admits I have not received it and it is 'somewhere' with the courier - despite Yodel's system saying it was handed to me in person when I was 3,000 miles away.
Lune London is insisting I deal with the original drop-shipper CNE Express in China myself to locate the parcel, which is a serious breach of the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. The parcel is Lune London's responsibility until received by the consumer and that includes dealing with courier issues.
They have offered me vouchers or yet another replacement, but refused a refund, despite having failed to fulfil the contract twice now. So a refund is my legal right.
I'm now heading to a credit card chargeback.
Glossy, credible website, but these guys are drop-shipping scammers.

Just awful

Just awful. I thought I was being scammed.

Item was apparently damaged in transit and never made it to me. I was offered a credit in excess of my purchase value but as this was a red flag I asked for a refund.
Finally got a refund after being continually offered excess credit. Was told the refund wouldn't include postage costs despite this being contrary to Consumer Rights Act 2015. Luckily sense prevailed.
AVOID!!

Scam company

Scam company. I asked about sizing and design. Was encouraged to buy as “can always return “ but you can’t! They are based in Canada. Bot replies. Do not use. Wish I’d read reviews first. Still trying to get my refund weeks later. What a waste of time and money.

Do not order anything from this fraudulent company

Do not order anything from this company. Update following my previous post about Lune London adding an item I had not ordered and taking money from my credit card without authorization. Lune London refused to cancel the order and refund me. The items have now arrived and the tankini which I did order is not fit for purpose the material is cheap and shoddy and does not fit. I am required to return the items at my own expense which will be considerable as the item I did not order is heavy and has to be returned to Canada. They will not accept the return of goods which have been removed from the packaging. It is a fraudulent company hiding in plain sight and being allowed to get away with it. I have asked my bank to reimburse my credit card. Do not order anything from this company which I have no doubt will soon cease trading under the name Lune London but will recommence trading under a different name.

My experience with Lune London is the…

My experience with Lune London is the same as everyone else, very poor quality fabric, flimsy and ill fitting. Returns almost impossible, difficulties placed in my way and return address in Canada at my own expense. My advice - do not buy anything from this company
