March 26th ~ April 23rd

Ordered on March 26th I've emailed 4 times the first 2 were apologetics with a promised of delivery soon,the last 2 requesting REFUND ignored.
Still have not received nothing April 23rd
I'm done liars and thieves.

Their products are awful

Their products are awful. Nothing like they are advertised to be. They also ignore your emails and refuse to accept refunds which is in contradiction of UK law.

My bad experience is similar to others…

My bad experience is similar to others on this thread. Ordered in early January. Received an email from the “Founder” 2 weeks later explaining supply chain problems and promising immediate “priority shipping”. Nothing received a week later and several follow-up emails resulted in canned, AI-generated apologies talking about their wonderful product and telling me I can’t cancel the order because it’s against their policy. 6 weeks after the initial order, and after demanding a full refund I got a shipping notice and an offer of a 20% refund. Finally I got a notice of a refund…..we’ll see if that shows up on my credit card any time soon. If not, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Don’t waste your time trying to buy from this BS organization.

Scam company never shipped product…

Scam company never shipped product from China. Customer service was great at lip service but nothung else. Then then wanted to charge me again for a second month of product after i didnt get the first one and i had cancelled my subscription twice in previous emails.

I only selected one star because I couldn’t proceed without doing it. This company is a scam. Do not order from them I placed an order Dec 27 and have not received it. I wish I took the round to read their reviews before I placed my order. Stay far away from this company

Buyer Beware

I tried to cancel when I found out it was not a product shipping from the USA but from China on 1/6/26. I was assured it was going to be canceled. I have yet to receive the shipment, surprise it shipped even though I have tried to cancel (imagine that). There has been no credit to my credit card and the tracking shows it's still enroute from Asia. I feel this company is falsely advertising the Red Yeast Rice with COQ10 gummies.

never received product

I ordered in November. Never received my order (it is now the END of January.) After I contact them in mid-January, they changed the tracking so it said I received it. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. And now they won't return my money. SCAM. The tracking number stayed on a January 1 date for weeks and suddenly magically moved to January 12th saying it was delivered. Ha!

Ordered 2 chairs buy1 get 1 free for my garden I have paid through klarna but have not received my order they have been paid for so presume this was a scam I have passed everything over to the relevant people very dissatisfied and disappointed eith this company 😞

Do not Buy from Here

Poor communication.
No product received.
No refund recieved .
Was told product was on route . I asked for tracking number to be told they now need my ref number. Going round in circles.

I placed an order with this company I've had no response I've asked numerous times for tracking details and who is supposed to be delivering it but again no response I'm beginning to think I've been scammed by these people

BIGGEST SCAM EVER

Scam of the highest order

When you see reviews, and they are either 5* or 1* there’s too much disparity to trust the 5*. This pan is the biggest con . Absolute rubbish.

Scam Purchase of "Titanium" Frying Pan

I purchased on 14th of May 2025 a frying pan from Lunessa, advertised on Facebook, described as Titanium coated, and proudly made in the UK. What I received was a iron pan, Made in China. Lunessa is based in the Netherlands, and I was unable to go on their site as my internet security indicated the website was infected. I asked my credit card to do a chargeback, but this could not be done as I had not complained to the supplier.Card company said Facebook does not carry out any checks, and one should be wary of purchasing from their suppliers. I have recently seen Advertising Authority billboards, and I intend to complain to them. Is there any authority in Holland I can complain to.

Wrong size delivered, poor communication, blackmail over refund!

The wrong size knee sleeve was delivered and does not resemble the one shown on the website. In fact the website photograph is clearly stolen from Onecompress. I emailed twice for an exchange or full refund and received no reply.

Further to the company response, I have already contacted Lunessa via the email suggested twice and via the web site contact form. When I eventually received a response, it was a copy and paste response, the only options offered were a 50% refund or return at my expense. The company have responded in a similar vein to the huge number of 1* reviews on the site. I have already had to 'nudge' for the full refund promised while receiving repeated requests to delete my one star review

I’ve already thrown out this pan after 2days

I’ve already thrown out this pan after 2 days. Managed to translate the Chinese instructions, so boiled water in it for a few minutes. Suspicion already raised as the water only boiled in a circle where the flames were hitting it. I kept wiping the pan but each time , the kitchen roll was black after several attempts to clean it.
I oiled it, and tried to fry an egg on low heat. It cooked around the outside and stayed raw in the middle, confirming terrible heat distribution . And of course the egg stuck to the pan, and didn’t want to wash off. A complete con in my opinion.

12" Hammered Titanium pan…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS I bought a 12" Hammered Titanium pan from Lunessa, what I received was a cheap light weight alloy pan that I had to attach the handle to with two nuts, it is a very poor copy of the HexClad Cookware, I tried it on my induction hob and it started warping and smoking immediately. I complained and received an offer of 50% refund (seems to be a pattern). The business is based in Netherlands and do not comply to UK Laws. Getting nowhere with Lunessa I raised a complaint with PayPal who I must say were brilliant and I have been refunded by them.
